Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with unexpected recurring charges, often for a "VIP membership" or subscription, which customers reported not having knowingly signed up for. These charges, typically around $59 monthly, appeared on credit card statements. Customers also frequently reported issues with their orders, including not receiving order or shipping information, and in many cases, issues with product delivery. Some people also felt that the products themselves were not as advertised or were of poor quality, and encountered difficulties trying to track their orders or contact the company for returns.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to be charged $59 and $29 over and over again and not be able to get it stopped. Finally had to report it as fraud on my debit card and got a new debit card #. This STILL did not stop them. They were able to continue to charge through my old card # with something called a ticket that my bank explained to me. My bank had to block the ticket and issue me yet another debit card. Complete hassle!

Unauthorized billing

Bought one pair of shoes in December. Now found MLO has been charging my card $59 monthly, evidently for a “subscription “ which was not authorized and for which I have received nothing. Dispute has been initiated. Avoid this company.

I'm giving 2 stars because the product…

I'm giving 2 stars because the product is actually good. The problem is they sneak in the "VIP" along with your order with no clear messaging that it's $59.95 per month that they charge you later. I asked them to cancel that and refund my money. They said they would refund it and it would it take up to 10 business days to receive it. It's been nearly a month now, and I never received the refund, and they no longer communicate.
Nice shoe. Even the price of the shoe is reasonable, but the bait and switch feel of making the VIP invisible by combining it with the free bag, is pretty bad form. On top of that, the "check is in the mail" approach to promising a refund they never planned to give, is truly bad business.
If you order the shoe, just pay attention to the detail so you aren't out $100 for a $40 pair of shoes. Overall, I do not recommend.

I wish there were zero stars

I wish there were zero stars. I saw shoes on Instagram and bought a pair that finally arrived late after numerous calls/emails. Then I realized they were charging my credit card $59 a month for a VIP program that I never enrolled in. Stay away!!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They have you to order shoes that you will never get and then after a couple days of you ordering they will charge your card again for $59 for a VIP membership you didn’t apply for. Trying to get my money back now. Do not patronize with this company.

Frauds

Frauds! They deceptively enroll you into som “VIP” program and charged me $119 a month for this VIP program that I received absolutely zero value from and they got me for 2 months of this charge. Luckily I got the second one and asked why I was being charged this amount and they told me it was for their VIP program. I expressed I knew nothing of this program and did not want it and wanted a refund. All I got from them is that I was removed from their VIP program. Total fraudulent scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

MLO shoes are a scam

MLO shoes are a scam. The only thing they do is charge your account. They make you think they are tracking your order. Pure bullshit. If you do try to track your order they want to charge you. No direct phone number for customer service. You talk to an online chat. They again want to charge you to talk to a customer service rep. So I am disputing my purchase. So don’t trouble yourself dealing with this dishonest business. Should have looked at the Better Business Bureau’s. Rating.

Please this is a scam. They are charging fees every month and did not get the okay to do so. I have tried to contact them and they are not responding. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble of having to cancel your credit card because they are putting charges on it every month. Steer clear.

Do not order from them

Absolutely horrible experience. You will be surreptitiously enrolled in their quote VIP program, which is basically an excuse for them to charge your $50 a month. Unbeknownst to you. These people ripped me off for about a few hundred dollars
And the shoes are of very low quality

No Shoes & Extra Charges!

They claim we received the shoes but we haven't. They added a $60 extra fee on as well and expected us to pay more monthly even though we didn't sign up for anything. Total scam!
