Could not watch Dbacks- Giants game…

Could not watch Dbacks- Giants game played in SF even though I live in Arizona. Person on help line barely spoke English; had to repeatedly ask what he was talking about. Asked for a supervisor. Told not available. Told to send a response to an email he was sending me to have someone call me back at a good time for me. Was never called. Sent a second email to them. Still waiting after five hours. I do not intend to use this again next year. If I want to just LISTEN to a Giants game, I can tune in to KNBR for FREE.

A total rip off

A total rip off. I'm an out of market Red Sox fan and purchased the MLB package through Amazon Prime. The feed is horrible. Here we are in late August and yet to be able to watch a full game due to loss of audio and/or extremely poor video quality/stoppage/pixelation. I contacted AMZ Prime which directed me to contact my local provider. What a joke!!!

Theft

They charge your credit card the day before a monthly subscription auto renews, and refuse to provide a refund when you try to cancel and point out their mistake. To make matters worse, they keep your money but stop providing the service. Multiple complaints at the BBB for this deceptive practice. Do not trust these criminals with your credit card information. There should be a class action lawsuit filed against them.

Can anyone provide me with a translator?????

You would think that with all of the money MLB TV pulls in, they would at least provide you with a translator so you could speak with and understand the "service representative" located halfway around the world. Oh, that is, if they ever answer the call.....

MLB TV the absolute pits!
Save your money, go somewhere else, this isn't worth it!!
They are taking you for a ride and it is on your dime!!!

Another blackout palooza weekend!

Well, here we go again, another weekend, another blackout palooza!
Another Phillies game that I cannot watch due to MLB’s ridiculous (but I am sure profitable for them) blackout policy!!! Phillies/Nationals game, in Philadelphia and it is a regional blackout: And I live in the South! How is that regional?!?!

NEVER AGAIN!!

NEVER AGAIN WILL MLB-TV RECEIVE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME!!!

Buyer beware! DON’T DO IT!!!! MLB-TV is a sinking ship…

Buying an annual subscription should…

Buying an annual subscription should allow access to ALL out of market games. For some strange reason MLB believes they can sell games multiple times but restricting access to additional games that they also sell to Apple+, Peacock and others which now are not accessible to season subscription holders. Despite their “legalese” I feel this is false advertising of “annual subscription gives access to all out of market games”.

Really frustrating as each year accessible games without those added subscriptions, which I have no interest in, declines despite higher annual fees.

Get your act together MLB!!!!

Would have given them less then 1 if it…

Would have given them less then 1 if it was possible. Their statement that you get all out of market games is a complete lie, part of the games are on HBO max, Apple TV, and ESPN. What a waste of money. They should refund money to everyone for these games.

MLB TV is boomer garbage

Here's what I sent to MLB TV.s customer service recently:

a) why is there no feature to remember my login credentials?- I have to punch my login info and password in every time (I watch on my computer)

b) why is there no feature to cater the interface to those who just want to watch one team?
I imagine most of your subscribers are there to just watch their favorite team.
Every time I log in its like the portal has no 'memory' that i only want to watch Jays games.
I've selcted them as my "favorite team" but what does that do? nothing from what I can see

c) the player is incredibly buggy - sometimes if i hit the forward button the game goes right back to the start.
Sometimes if I change the video quality (which i need to do because i'm on cell data in remote countries) the player bugs out and reverts back to the beginning.
Sometimes when i change the video quality it doesnt change, and, for example, keeps showing me high definition when i've selected low, or medium. i have to keep clicking several times for it to take effect.
On one occasion the player randomly skipped halfway through the game and ruined it for me because i saw the score.

d) the video player has no memory of which games i've seen and which games i've yet to see,
and if i pause a game in the middle of the game, the player doesnt ask me if i'd like to resume where I left off when I log back in.
Instead I have to write down or memorize how far into the game i was if i want to go away and come back.
And if i get behind a few games, I have to work my way back and carefully figure out which ones i've seen already so I can pick up where i've left off and dont skip a game that i've missed or re-watch a game that i've already seen, only to realize 3 innings in that hey wait a minute i've seen this before oh crap i've been re watching an old game

The thing that frustrates me the most perhaps is that this is the first time i've ever subscribed to a service like this.
It's dedicated just to baseball, and yet, all of the above items which would just seem like common sense for baseball fans, are not implimented - unless I'm completely missing something here.

You would think that such a specialized service offering would really pay attention to all these small details and do a killer job of providing what the fans want.

I should be able to go to the home page - click once to log-in with my credentials saved, and see a serial list of jays games, showing me which i've watched, and allowing me to immediately resume where i was watching before, and to see how many newer games have happened since then.

Can you picture it? I sure can, and it would be wonderful, and what i bet 95% of your viewership would like.

Lastly, there was a link somewhere on your site where it said you could click it to reach out directly to the exec management team - and guess what? broken link!

Dont pay for this!

I paid about 150 dollars for a subscription for the whole MLB season i was aware of blackouts and which games i would not be able to watch which is fine. However, i randomly a couple months ago stopped being able to actually watch ANY games audio is still available but i feel like i am vastly overpaying for that to be my only option. I have spomen to customer service and they basically told me to restart it......that didnt work. I called and tried to get a partial refund at the very least as i felt that was fair, i was basically told "no" do not bother with this service on top of it being complete garbage in terms of actually watching the games, delays, freezing, etc. They outsource their customer service so if you have any issues, which you most likely will, there is simply no recourse. If you like listening to games and paying a ton for it though this would definitely be the service for you! I wish i could give negative stars

My last Year with MLBTV

When ever there is a big game, Yankees versus Dodgers, Yankees versus Mets, it's blocked out. It's only available on Apple TV. Also, you don't get local games. Not worth it. This is the last year I'm going with MLBTV

I am very unhappy with the mlb app

I am very unhappy with the mlb app. I feel like I have paid a pretty high premium to watch Major League Baseball. When they blackout out of market games in my area I feel like it’s a rip off. After using the app for 5 years I will not be buying again if this is going to be the way it is from now on.

Are You Kidding?

Unreal. I signed up yesterday for MLBTV. I thought I could watch it through the television. Evidently, I can only watch it on the phone and/or tablet or computer. First of all, why would I watch a game on those devices? That is absurd. Second, we don't have the bandwidth even if I wanted to watch in that manner. So, I requested cancellation 15 minutes after signing up and informed MLB I would sign up through the television. Unfortunately, some flunkie that works in Customer Sve (obviously, you have no idea what that term means) told me they turned off the auto renewal, but I wouldn't get back my $29.99. So, I can't watch it and requested a refund after 15 minutes, but you are still going to take my money. Wow. Crooks. I will never give MLB another cent unless I am refunded 100%. I told you I would sign up by television, but that doesn't seem to matter. I have never experienced such poor Customer Sve.

Money over Fans!!

It's absolutely ridiculous that money over viewers is more important. Baseball games should available on local TV stations so families can watch the games with children. It's impossible to take kids to ML Baseball games because the cost is ridiculous; simply not affordable. More importantly, we cannot watch our Chicago Cubs home game today, since you decided to only show the game on Apple+. Seriously!! Jeez how much more money needs to fill your pockets!!
