It's absolutely ridiculous that money over viewers is more important. Baseball games should available on local TV stations so families can watch the games with children. It's impossible to take kids t... See more

Broken promises, app crashes, blackouts
Blackouts, app crashes, poor customer service. Not worth the premium price. Despite their promises, many games are blacked out even if you're hundreds of miles out of market.
NOTHING LOADS
NOTHING LOADS, WHAT A LOAD OF DOG SHIT FOR A 100 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY
Not worth the subscription cost as they limit you to a few games out of the actual games played false advertising thieves!
You charge your customers and outreach price to watch their favorite baseball teams. And then here we are, 3 games into the season in all 3 games, you have blacked out of the Yankees. How is that fair?Where's my money back from what I paid for as I sure didn't pay to see a few of the games a year that may not be televised anywhere else?? Sickening
MLB.TV is a necessary evil
MLB.TV is a necessary evil so that I can watch the Brewers in Arizona. Customer service is terrible (currently 20 minutes into todays call) & support is non-existent. If you want to see every game, you also have to buy the local market package, Apple, Netflix, etc. If it weren't for all the technical issues and having to call weekly, it would actually be a good value.
NIGHTMARE
We've had MLB.TV in the past, and it's never been much of a value, but this year the process is altogether a nightmare. Can't subscribe through MLB, because its now Disney, so have to go through the Disney portal. And have to subscribe to ESPN unlimited first, though it says you get one free month of ESPN, and can drop it without losing MLB. UNLESS you happen to have Hulu. In that case, you have to upgrade Hulu to include ESPN - but no free month. And, if you have the promotional Hulu, you have to ugrade that to a regular subscrition to add ESPN. So, besides the cost of MLB, you now have Hulu for around $35 a month. Took over 2 hours going back and forth to figure out the process. And, now I have no idea if I can drop Hulu/ESPN without losing MLB. Kind of a problem, since they are adamant that there are no refunds.
Most games are blacked out…
Ok, So I signed up for Dbacks TV for $99 it states in the description that you can watch every game from your favorite team with NO BLACKOUTS!!! Yet probably close to 90% of the games are blacked out or Locked. How is this not false advertising!? This is a total rip off and a scam. MLB network should be giving customers a refund for their service. Try to reach customer support for a refund and get nowhere with a recording and leaving a message. What a waste of money…😡🤬😡
MLBTV cancels love for military and first responders
Unfortunately after their partnership with ESPN, MLBTV decided to take away their first responder and military discount. This is unfortunate and they won’t even honor existing members who canceled after the increase. When I called customer support, they weren’t helpful and just told me I could sign up at their new price of $150.
I would give 0 starts if possible
I would give 0 starts if possible. Paid for a yearly subscription once since it’s the ONLY way to watch the Dbacks now. Canceled, but yet every year they charge me $108. Every time I call they go through the process to cancel my subscription, and delete my card info. Now they say they can’t see the card info. Well it’s stored somewhere!? BECAUSE YOU KEEP CHARGING ME!!! In the app it says I have no subscription and no card saved yet they continue to charge 2 different cards. Everyone you speak to is overseas and none speak English above a 3rd grade level. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Useless package ..
Useless package ..
As most people discover..blackouts for your team defeats the purpose..
Don't waste your money
MLB-ESPN-DISNEY Nightmare
Had to go thru “double wall” to get mlbtv. Set up ESPN account via Disney. Made payment to ESPN. First 4-5 games were ok by simply going thru mlb app on tv.
Then on or about March 1st, I could not get the game. I contacted mlbtv but was told the tech group closes at 6pm east.
I then contacted ESPN tech support on 3/6. I spent 1hr 11mins on call to no avail. Technician escalated issue. The next day same issue - spent 39 mins with ESPN tech, who finally said they don’t know what it is. Keep in mind during these calls I was adding and deleting accounts, apps, etc.
I was going to cancel the next day but I tried it and it worked. I figured they found something. It then worked until March 12th. I grew so tired of tech issues only because of this double-wall. And only to enrich Corporate America. They try to force people to subscribe to something else (ESPN+) and out of their gracious hearts, you can cancel within 1 month. All designed hoping you “forget” to cancel the ESPN subscription.
I contacted MLBTV to cancel and was told to contact ESPN. They told me to go thru the Disney account to cancel. I asked about a partial or full refund and they didn’t know.
I then went to the Disney account and cancelling was simple. But, you don’t know about a rebate.
Why can’t every company that offers paid services to millions of customers have a human being to speak to when a reasonable question needs an answer ???
Now I start another journey tomorrow with the payment issue.
Overall ??? Horrible experience. Will not do this anymore. I’ve been a baseball fan for 68 years but now I can’t watch my team.
Capitalism is all about greed. How much is good enough? This tells me that these Corporate demagogues value their money over customer satisfaction. No question about it.
What an awful experience trying to deal…
What an awful experience trying to deal with customer service. I was trying to watch spring training games which are supposed to be under last year's subscription. It would not let me. I was not able to sign in to my account because it said I needed to reset my password. I tried to do this at least five times before I called customer service and three times while talking with them. The customer service representative possessed a heavy, thick Latin accent. I am 80 years old and hard of hearing. I could not make senses of what he was saying. He tried to help, but I finally decided to cancel my subscription and renew it all over again once I receive the cancellation confirmation. MLB.TV is a monopoly, charging more and providing a less quality product.
I was an early adopter of MLB TV
I was an early adopter of MLB TV. Today I tried to sign in however the password and login information that I've used for the past 3 years, no longer work. There is no one to answer the phone. A computer responds by sending you to a pay for help service. Pay for help service is five bucks. Five bucks up front to fix a problem that doesn't exist. I don't think I'm going to sign up for MLB TV this year
I can't Get No SATISFACTION from MLB TV
I canceled my subscription with MLB TV about 1 week after subscribing as I found it difficult to see my post season replays and often the score was up before I found the replay...not happy. I cancelled and this was also a long process. I went to Kayo and it was just easy for this 75 yearly baseball fan. What really upsets me is that they closed my case today without refunding my money with no explanation. Very very poor customer support and real feedback. Also I was not aware that it was $US so they have kept $56 AUS of a pensioners limited funds....Dont support them but rather use Kayo.....I will Drop this Very negative review if I am refunded my funds!
Paid money but didn't get anything
There should be a zero start option for companies like this one.
I paid for a post season subscription, but it somehow got removed from my account, so I lost access.
I contacted support, which already took several days to even reply. I showed them proof of payment with my Revolut card, but their answer was short and simple: you currently do not have an active subscription (no shit Sherlock), if you would like to purchase on ... yada yada.
So they take your money, do not deliver the product and then tell you the solution is to purchase again?
It is not even about the $35, I will not go bankrupt over this.
But how a multi-billion dollar company can easily get away with this and the arrogance they show in their reply, is unbelievable.
Never again.
Farcking trashhhhhhhh
Farcking trashhhhhhhh. Blackouts for games in town, glitchy terrible service, and pay for nothing. Can’t watch any games I bought it for. No playoffs. Literally garbage. Free sketchy apps from overseas work just as well
Really bad app and service
Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star, otherwise I would have give -5. This app absolutely sucks!! You get the games spoiled right away on tv with the stupid highlights of the game. Just to expensive for all the issues on this app. Save your money, your patience and your time, do not pay for this bad service
MLB TV is a useless piece of s**t
MLB TV is a useless piece of s**t. Can’t even watch a highlight video after the Yankees win the WC. It’s a crap product just like everything else the MLB owners have thought up to make money.
The name should not be MLB.tv
The name should not be MLB.tv. It should be some baseball some of the time. The fact that you cant even watch the post season is insane. I will not be subscribing next year unless you can guarantee all games can be viewed. Insane.
Paid for subscription now I have to pay again for the same season??
All games now have to be steamed on Fanduel TV. I feel ripped off by MLB TV. Will not renew MLB service next year. Right now if you want to stream a game you you get a message from MLB TV that you have to use Fanfool TV or your own TV provider Service. If you choose Fanfool you have to pay again for the service you already purchase. Shame on MLB TV......
