Awful company, very unprofessional and will not be using them again
I purchased from this company about 3 years ago and remember it took about 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It was only a mattress protector. I used them again a couple of months ago and a similar thing happened. I purchased a waterproof mattress protector but this time it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I needed another one plus a couple of pillow protectors so I thought I'd give them one more try. However, after 11 days with no sign of dispatch and no contact I emailed them and after a couple of days I received a response and apologies for the delay saying it should be with me within the next 2 days. It was in fact delivered 2 days later. But it was from Amazon! So I checked the tracking details (which they never furnished me with) and they only sent my item out AFTER I contacted them to complain 11 DAYS AFTER I PAID THEM! So I have opened the package and only HALF my order is there! This joke of a company has had their lot from me and I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from them to think again unless you want the stress and hassle of going through what I went through
