Royal mail tracking shows they have not recieved the item yet - 22/01/2025

Had 2 emails from support saying a replacement would be sent, and apologising for the delay. But now after waiting another week, and despite multiple attempts have been unable to contact the owner Terry.

update: Has now arrived. 23/01/2025

Excellent service, very high quality products. Delivery was okay, not the best but the products and pricing were fantastic. i would happily reorder from mister vape again.

This was my 1st order with Mister Vape. it was a super easy process. delivery came within 3 days, because i ordered late at night, i chose this company because they had some good reviews recently. they have had so many flavours and kits to choose from, very happy i chose mister vape. will be returning in the new year for sure.

Excellent delivery service, good honest team members, resolved a missing item that wasn't delivered for me. a few new orders just placed for some cheap clearence pods.

I’ve been vaping for a while and always compare prices before buying. This online shop consistently offers competitive prices and even discounts for regular customers. The free shipping on orders over £30 sealed the deal for me. Everything I’ve ordered has arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I ordered an eleaf Melo 5 tank over a month ago and I still haven't received it.. the contact number from the website doesn't work, and the customer service team, when emailed, either take too long to respond or they don't respond at all! The postage method was supposed to be tracked, but I didn't at all receive a tracking number. When I asked for it, I was ignored. I ended up having to get a refund through my bank, of which I've now discovered has been challenged by Mister Vape! The audacity! I'll never be ordering from this merchant ever again, and I'll be advising all of my family, friends, and anyone reading this review to also avoid.
