First class service
First class service, ordered 2nd April delivered 3rd, purchased 72mg freebase (2nd 500ml bottle). Started vaping first batch and no different to more expensive nicotine I have purchased in the passed.
Using 5ml in 120ml bottle to give roughly 3ml nicotine, 30/70 with 8ml RY4 and 1ml cream.

10 weeks of sheer frustration
Ordered an e-cig at £39.99 early January. A week later, nothing arrived. Jay (customer service) did his absolute best to defend his company and even the delivery company (Evri) and other than one gap of non-replying for a few days, he was always in touch with me. But yeah. It was rarely helpful and mainly excusing shocking customer service on the part of the company.
11 days after ordering I’m told the item has been found after a damaged label issue. Couple of days later I receive some coils worth £10. Not the £39.99 e-cig. The coils are addressed to someone else completely. I contact Jay and it’s agreed that I send those coils back to them and they’ll refund me for the e-cig that has mysteriously disappeared.
They got their coils back within 48 hours. On January 28th. Sadly, it has taken until TODAY (March 3rd) for me to receive my £39.99 refund. Over 30 days to wait for a refund. Never known anything like it.
Jay blamed Opayo/Sage. Nothing seems to be the fault of Mister Vape.
Again, regardless of the lack of help and clarity, I commend Jay for his communication and absolute loyalty to his company. You’d want him in the trenches. Sadly, I don’t think it’s the best way to treat customers. I am stunned they didn’t offer to send me another of the item I ordered. Not once was that an option. Perhaps they had no more in stock. Hey ho. You live and you learn.
I will never use Mister Vape again. Be very careful guys.

This is not my first order with mistsrvape. I've had really good service from mister vape for over a year now.
I don't usually leave any feedback, but on this occasion I thought I would do. Especially as they went out of there way to actually locate a specific vape glass I needed.
They contacted the manufacturer who was able to provide me the glass I needed for my old vape kit that I thought I would have to throw away.
The item was delivered very quickly, support was fantastic while sorting this out for me.
I can't say a bad word about mister vape.
Will always continue to buy from them.
BAD SERVICE
I ordered 4 things on Christmas day, two items can one January 6 th and then one of January 7 th Jay tells me thats he would keep a eye out on my third parcel, messaged must be about ten time about the third parcel and getting no response, checked my bank statement had no refund. I find it very annoying in this day and age just a response tell you what going off
