This is not a complaint just a request that due procedure be carried out. Thank you.

Whilst I agree that the service was straight forward and easy to follow. I would like to say that on Monday 20 April 2026, within the cooling-off period, I sent you an Email cancelling my contract and asked that all my personal data be erased. I also asked that you confirm you have carried out my request. As of today 21 April 2026 I have no such confirmation. Can you please carry out my request and confirm once this has been completed.

So far so good with this company, the process is very simple and is updating me regularly though emails.

Mis- sold finance

Having contacted Mis- sold expert they very quickly contacted me having identified the vehicles I had purchased.
