Goods Never Arrived, Horrible Customer Service

I would leave zero if I could. I ordered a necklace that never arrived. I was told it was sent on the 26th of September. My first email chasing was ignored. Then I was told it was “collected” on the 3rd of October? Somehow - still not delivered. The company owner me told to call Royal Mail sorting offices to look for it myself? He was rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. Told me not to get so “worked up” and that he doesn’t like my tone! Excuse me if I don’t appreciate not receiving goods when I pay for them doesn’t matter how cheap they were. The I heard an excuse that they are a small company and he was out of the country. A fascinating tale, doesn’t solve my problem at all. Waiting on a refund now, I do not recommend ordering from this company if you value your money and time.

I'm sorry your necklace didn't arrive. It was shipped to the address you provided, but unfortunately, albeit rarely, sometimes items do get lost. I would like to correct you that I 'told you to call Royal Mail sorting office' and 'to look for it yourself', as this is not true, I advised that sometimes red calling cards aren't left by Royal Mail and they will sometimes hold items at their delivery office without notifying recipients, so it would be my first port of call to contact them to see if they were holding your order. When we confirmed your delivery address via email, by law, I offered you a refund or replacement, you chose refund, which will be issued within 2-3 working days. & I will repeat, don't get so worked up. We're a small business ran by one person. We are not Amazon Prime. So just because your order didn't arrive within one week, there's no need to freak out. Clearly in our FAQ and order confirmation it states that orders MAY take up to 14 days to deliver. This is not to mention Royal Mail strikes that are happening across the country right now. If customers have an issue, they email me and I resolve it. Anyway, I hope you feel better now. Have a great Friday night and enjoy your weekend.

Good quality items, slow posting, slow customer service

After 1 month I still hadn't received all of the items I purchased. However, someone from the company rang me and apologised and sent the hat (they were waiting for a restock) and some free items as compensation.

The items are of high quality though! So well made, and really good materials.

So if you're willing to potentially wait for a while, then fine! But I wouldn't recommend ordering if you needed things quickly.

I ordered 2 tshirts and a pair of…

I ordered 2 tshirts and a pair of socks.
1 to short showed up, the other shirt and sockets never arrived. I sent an email and never got a response. The day after I sent the email, the tracking said it had been delivered when it definitely hadn’t.

Perfect

I love their collection of clothing and it seems to be rare in present day to find a small brand designing their own clothes and being creative and new. The shipping came quickly and I had no problems. I once emailed about if they had an item in stock and they responded quickly and tried to help me to the upmost. 100/10

I ordered last month and still only…

I ordered last month and still only have received my shirt the pants were supposedly shipped on monday but they still havent arrived at the post office also i had to pay 12€ for the shirt at my door on delivery for customs
Update: they sent it out now
