Haven’t received my package and it says returned on my shop app , I never returned nor received it and also I haven’t received my puffer vest from my last last package.

Considering that the hoodie is unisex, it's very small for the bigger size I ordered. It's a bit see through and the quality is not the best. Plus I paid 16€ at customs. all in one it was very expensive.

Due to an item being out of stock I received a call from a team member to apologise & offer alternatives, which I think was a lovely touch and felt very personal. The clothing, necklace and sunglasses I received were very high quality & arrived swiftly alongside some little extras which was lovely. Overall delighted with the service and items
Received only one out of three items so far.
I ordered one t-shirt and two hoodies on the 9th March. I received my t-shirt around a week or so later and I have no complaints! It's a lovely shirt, really good fit, nice material, and very good quality. However, I still have yet to receive either hoodie.
I understand that items can be shipped separately but nearly a month later and still no update is a little concerning. I sent an email enquiring as to whether there was any update on the status of the hoodies on the 24th March as one was meant to be a gift for my boyfriends birthday (which was on the 30th March) and I still have yet to receive a reply. I don't want to presume that I have been scammed out of my money, I am hoping that maybe there is just some issue or they just take a super long time to get sent out but if so, customers should be notified of this.

I didn’t know that I expect two packages. And was disappointed that I got only a t-shirt first. Then I figured that there are two parcels. And for the second, it took enormous amount of time. Like 3 weeks or so.

Order never came. No one replies to emails/DM’s with any updates. No refunds given.

Items arrived too late
Items arrived too late, ordered 10days before my holiday, it took 3 weeks. What is lacking is customer service which is key to any business, no answer to emails is shocking

I love this brands clothes so much, whenever it comes to birthdays or Christmas I always ask for a item. I have noticed that the stitching on the clothes is not amazing. The first gift I got was a pair of joggers, I wore them once for lazing around the house and the stitching had come undone, I got them repaired but now I’ve noticed that the stitching is coming up around the elastic waist bit too. The second gift I got was one of the jumpers and the stitching around the hood isn’t amazing. Never had any problems with delivery or sizing, it’s always just the stitching of the product.

Where is my order?
It has been 5 weeks and I still haven't received my order, I have contacted the company via email a week ago and have received no response. I have just emailed for a second time and am awaiting response. Tracking has had no update other than it leaving the warehouse. This may be a mail issue but how would I know, I can't get a hold of the company to assist. Pretty disappointed at the minute as it says 10 business days, usually sooner and it's been over triple that. My partner won't be receiving his Christmas present at this stage which is really disappointing.
Do not order from this company; very rude and unprofessional
I ordered an item in October 2022, it arrived but I wanted to either exchange or refund it as it was too small. I emailed the company and they said I could exchange it if I sent back the item with a note requesting a different size, so I sent it back on 03.11.2022 with a note. A month later I don’t hear back so I emailed and I still haven’t heard back yet and it’s mid-December. They can reply to other people on Instagram but are completely ignoring my messages/emails/comments. This company is a total scam please don’t bother, especially if they offer to exchange an item - they will just keep your money and never send out the item
EDIT: after seeing this review, the owner of the company decided to call me multiple times and then messaged my WhatsApp asking me to take it down. I told him he was being unprofessional to which he replied he ‘couldn’t really care less about my opinion’ and that ‘if you enjoy sh*tting on small independent business when the slightest thing goes wrong (your replacement product doesn't arrive) then that's sound 👍🏻’. He then said my order had been sent to me, this was 16th December and I am still yet to receive it. Just because a customer writes a review you don’t like, it doesn’t mean you can withhold the items they have paid your company for. A really unpleasant experience.
