I never received any updates or the order. Customer support ignored three of my emails but they were happy to keep the cash . This company openly commits consumer fraud do not order through them. I am still waiting for a response and have been for the past 3 weeks

It's not enough that I had to send the return myself and pay 15 euros for it, I've been begging them for a refund for the third week now.
I sent the package on 25th of March on the address they shared with me after I created a return request, the tracking says the package was delivered on the 1st of April at 10AM.
Now it's 14th of April and I never got any confirmation of them receiving the package, and the status of my refund. I sent 3 emails to the customer support and still didn't get a single reply after 14 days. I paid 150 EUR for the item and 15 EUR for the return. I am still waiting for the response, and otherwise I will have to take legal action to get my money back.
This is the most horrible experience in my life, I will never order with MISBHV again.

The package never came, contact support doesn't reply. But still got an email asking how was my order...

I received a dress damaged and wanted to make a return, I made a request more then two weeks ago , my request for return still pending and nobody answers to my emails... I really hope to the answer

My order still not arrived and I was writing two times asking for help and no answer has been received.

Horrible, haven’t received my parcel, the support doesn’t reply to me. Been trying to contact them in many ways… My order is missing

fits mostly true to size, just a little baggy on me. back inside tag “m” and “s” fell off after a couple wears which sucks but at least only i’m gonna notice. shipping was super quick duties were high shipping to america but thats an american problem. overall happy with my purchase and probably look better in these jeans than any other jeans ive ever worn.

I really enjoy shopping at this store and overall I’m very satisfied with my experience. The products are great quality and I always find something I like. It’s one of my favorite places to shop.

However, I think there is still room for improvement. I often miss having a clear size chart, which would make choosing the right size much easier. Also, sometimes there are not enough photos of the products, and it would be helpful to see more details from different angles.

Overall, I still really like this store and will definitely continue shopping here.

No contact with the company after i returned my order.Would not recomend still waiting for my money

Nothing arrived at my door, then MISBHV concluded sale. DHL has never contacted me and the SHOP never update again after registration.

Thanks for wasting my money, stay away from this shop

I didn’t not get my order and they sending me mail how was my order when I am waiting already a month and I text them when I can get it cuz I am leaving the county soon and I am not getting answer

My order is great and high quality. The only negative was the import duties I had to pay in addition to it before my order could be delivered. It was almost $100 more.

I ordered items of the same shirt in different sizes, i eturned one of them. I had to pay for the return and its taking too long to be refunded, they even put a very short time limit to.make the return, even when the return address is in another country. Quality of the products and looks are good but service has room for improvement.

I still haven’t received my order after three weeks. Have been emailing several times with no response. The orders where supposed to be sent with DHL which is not true since the tracking number isn’t working.

I am unable to rate this order properly because I never received it. The shipment was returned during transit, and despite sending three emails to customer support, I have received no response. I do not want a refund - I want the item to be resent or a clear update on my order. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Size is like S not XS - both clothes are too big for me . I wear four times long-sleeve and the mesh started to fray in many places under the armpits and on the arms.

I like the designs and all, but shipment takes ages it’s like they are sending stuff via pigeon post. Honestly for the prices and paid shipping they could’ve at least sent orders with better shipment company
Customer service is not helpful a bit, should be replaced by AI, wont make big difference
