Fraudulent advertising, product was cheaply made and way too big. Not worth trying to return. In future I will only deal with a company I know.

It’s a scam. They advertise good quality apparel and provide cheap goods. They then charge you to return to China. Don’t buy from them

This is Ghost Scam company…rubbish product that they claim is hand crafted leather. I was conned…don’t buy anything.

I'd like to give NO STARS!!!. Scam company do not buy from them. The bag took 6 weeks to get here and nothing like product that was advertised, definitely NOT LEATHER, Cheap and Nasty. (given to 4 year old to play with, so bad) I feel sorry for the original company that is actually in Tasmania Australia, they have fraudulently used their details. This should not be allowed Face Book again!!!

This company is a scam. I purchased a "leather" bag for laptop. It's supposed to fit a 38cm laptop it doesn't fit. Shipping was free and yet I was charged an extra $3.30 on my card. Unable to contact to return. Annoyed at myself being sucked into a so called Australian Tassie handmade leather bag for half price:-(.

The quality of products is cheap and tacky, not worth anywhere near what was paid. The product description is not what is received.

Return policy is unacceptable, all return costs to be incured by purchaser with no reimbursement.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I made my purchase. I should have cancelled the order when I tracked my order coming from CHINA....quality is terrible. Cheap, tacky and badly made. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm another one sucked in by a fake website, purporting to be an Australian company in Tasmania, that is selling cheap Chinese vinyl shoes.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from Ella Tasmania, because this company is a complete scam. They falsely advertise their products as being made of leather and claim to be an Australian business, but the truth is far from that.

I purchased shoes from their website, which were listed as leather—but what I received was cheap, synthetic garbage that wouldn’t last a month. The materials are flimsy, the soles are terrible quality, and the shoes are nothing like the photos.

Even worse, despite their branding as “Ella Tasmania,” they are NOT an Australian company. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to return the shoes to CHINA at my own expense, which would cost me around $50—almost half of what I paid! Their so-called “refund policy” is designed to make it too expensive to return faulty products, leaving customers stuck with worthless goods.

After six emails, they have now stopped responding entirely. This is a textbook scam—misleading advertising, false claims, and refusal to honor basic consumer rights.

I have since found countless other reviews from people who have been scammed in the same way. If you are considering buying from Ella Tasmania—DON’T. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand instead.

I will be reporting them to the ACCC, Scamwatch, and Shopify, as well as filing a chargeback with my bank. This business needs to be shut down!

Bought a pair of boots, look great however their seizing does not match standard shoes. Size 10 is more like size 10 is more like size 12. No return address

As everyone else has stated a complete scam the very worst pair of footwear ever cheap pu shit do not even think about buying from this chinese scam.

“Avoid this company like the plague” they advertises stock clearing ½ price Leather Bags however the stock is cheap PU rubbish sold at over inflated prices that you would expect to pay for Leather so items advertised are NOT what you get or stock clearance as they ship from China on a drop shipment, no telephone number for fast customer support and the bag lining has already torn after 1 use only what a crock of rubbish, traders like these gives the industry a bad reputation. Based on experience I would never trust this company again they spruke 1 thing and they capitalise on emotional marketing with a lack of service & support in pursuit of your $$$$ with deceptive advertising NOT an AU product, This stock was NOT held in AU.

Do not buy from this company. Cheap vinyl products, long delivery because coming from overseas and not necessarily Australian.

It’s companies like this that tell me NEVER to buy off Facebook advertisements ever again.

Do NOT buy from this Company, not in Tasmania, links sent to check delivery I couldn't open as it was a malicious link, picked up by my anti virus.
Bag was received, doesn't smell like leather, and no markings to prove its leather, a friend said its vinyl and its too small to put much in it.

This is not a Tasmanian company.
Your purchase will show up in the bank as New York with delivery origin being China. The email support are very shifty and answer questions like a politician. Absolutly not an australian company.

What I ordered turned up today after a very long wait, happy with what I bought.

I checked website only part to find location was united states and shopify. If it was Australia it would have abn somewhere no phone only email which was first indication no returning address listed. I think photos are from ella in tasmania but it isnt her shop. Reviews here say china, so i was right. Scam

One star is to much. I received my shoes and bag well over time given for postage. I brought supporting a small Australian business. Horse shit it's a total scam. They even had the nerve to tell me they just store the products in China because it's cheaper, hence it being shipped from China.
I will be reporting them to econsumer today.
Please people do the same and stop them doing this.
