Absolutely shocking customer service. Purchased 3 suits, all were incorrect sizes so I asked to return them. After several emails back and fourth, not a single person is able to assist and provide me with a return address/label.

Absolutely awful quality of clothing, sizes are also incorrect.

Hello.. I am a customer from UK. As I wanted to place an order. But I was struggling to do so. Murtaza the sales advisor called me, helped me to place the order. Not only he helped, he also describe me the fabric of the Saree.
If I didn’t get the help, I would have canceled the order.
Murtaza is an asset to the company. And because of him I will do shopping in the future.

Do not buy from Mirraw. The clothing I received was poor quality and not worth the money I paid. The stitching was badly done, and the item did not match what I expected from the pictures.

When I complained, the response seemed designed to defend the company rather than address my concerns, including the colour difference I raised. Returning the incorrect item was just as frustrating: under their return terms, I would have ended up owing more money.

Read the return policy and fine print carefully before ordering. Based on my experience, Mirraw was a complete rip-off.

I am deeply frustrated with my experience at Mirraw. After receiving my order, it was immediately clear that the items were poor quality—none of the clothes fit properly, and one had stitching issues with beads and sequins falling off immediately upon arrival.

I initiated a return request in over a week ago. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-ups via both email and WhatsApp, yet I have been completely ignored, receiving only automated replies. It is unacceptable for a company to sell defective products and then completely ghost their customers when they try to resolve the issue. If you are considering purchasing from Mirraw, be warned that if you have any issues, you will likely be on your own. Because the support team has been non-responsive, I am now forced to initiate a credit card dispute to recover my funds. Avoid this site.

The experience from placing the order to receiving my order was veey pleasant. Your customer service guy Pawan was excellent helping me sort out shipping costs as there was a glitch in the system. He was very well knew his job. And with the products, they are of very good quality and perfectly stitched as per our requirements. Overall veey good experience.

I made an order from the US. The order was DELIVERED(by their chosen courier) TO AN ADDRESS IN INDIA-- of which I received clear notification!! I forwarded screenshots of proof of this delivery. Now 5days have passed without any resolution or offer to remake the order and send immediately. They keep saying "give us 24-48 hrs". No updates have been provided by email, so I have called. I think other companies may PROVIDE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with LOST packages.

My order arrived dirty with black marks all over. I emailed customer service immediately with pictures within minutes of the delivery. They responded by telling me to wash the item. When I said I’d prefer to not have to do that and I’d like a refund, they stopped responding. I’ve sent 3-4 emails now asking for the refund process and have not had a response. I’m now having to dispute this sale with my bank.
