Altamash has addressed the issue that had been ongoing with Mirraw since 7 April 2026, during which the parcel was unsuccessfully attempted to be re‑delivered to the Mirraw warehouse on three occasions, ultimately resulting in it being held at the Parcel Hub. For 5 months, the matter went around in circles within the Mirraw team without any meaningful progress.

Altamash contacted me promptly in the morning, clearly explained the situation, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He liaised back and forth with his supervisor to determine an appropriate and fair outcome, and most importantly, to ensure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.

Although the parcel is still being held at the Parcel Hub and is currently in the process of being re‑delivered to the Mirraw warehouse, Altamash immediately issued a refund for both the cost of the item and the international return postage I had paid.

The core issue stemmed from certain team members not taking the matter seriously, which caused me significant upset and stress over the past five months, especially as I was receiving no clear answers and believed the parcel to be lost. In contrast, Altamash handled my concerns with patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service. He reassured me throughout, kept me informed of every communication with Mirraw staff, and demonstrated strong work ethics and professionalism.

His support made me feel calm and gave me confidence that the matter would finally be resolved — which it has. I am sincerely grateful to Altamash for the effort, dedication, and care he put into resolving this issue.

It is never the intention for any staff member to face issues in their job or lose their job; rather, it is essential that situations such as this serve as an opportunity for learning and improvement. Ammar veer ji was Soooo nice! When I was selecting my suits and sarri’s I saw a different date and thought I will have plenty of time before the wedding that I am attending but after I placed the order I saw, my suits were coming one day before the wedding 🙁 I panic and made a phone call, spoke with Ammar and he gave me so much peace and said don’t worry I will expedite the order and we will get it to you as soon as we can. I was very pleased and grateful for that. I have never ordered anything before and I’m so excited, because I always wanted to order but couldn’t trust anyone. I’m confident that I will be ordering plenty more for all the weddings that are coming up.
