The experience from placing the order to receiving my order was veey pleasant. Your customer service guy Pawan was excellent helping me sort out shipping costs as there was a glitch in the system. He was very well knew his job. And with the products, they are of very good quality and perfectly stitched as per our requirements. Overall veey good experience.

I made an order from the US. The order was DELIVERED(by their chosen courier) TO AN ADDRESS IN INDIA-- of which I received clear notification!! I forwarded screenshots of proof of this delivery. Now 5days have passed without any resolution or offer to remake the order and send immediately. They keep saying "give us 24-48 hrs". No updates have been provided by email, so I have called. I think other companies may PROVIDE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with LOST packages.

My order arrived dirty with black marks all over. I emailed customer service immediately with pictures within minutes of the delivery. They responded by telling me to wash the item. When I said I’d prefer to not have to do that and I’d like a refund, they stopped responding. I’ve sent 3-4 emails now asking for the refund process and have not had a response. I’m now having to dispute this sale with my bank.

Refund process was not as smooth, but customer representative Saba made sure i face no difficulties in getting refund for a cancelled order.

The customer focus and response. Shwetha worked late at 1am to attend to our needs and had the patience to go over all the measurements and displayed that she knew the art of dress making. I valued her suggestions and am eagerly awaiting the final product.

I have been waiting for my order that was promised a week ago. The function is in 2 days. I have been checking every day and getting the same answer that we are trying.
