Have 3 Milas in a home with several dogs and have been working quite well and keeping the dog dander and smell under control. Over the Christmas break, I got my autoship for filter change and something in the process messed up the auto-sensor which kept 2 of them at full throttle. Mila support sent a remote upgrade/reset and got things back to normal DURING the Christmas break. A+ customer service for this.

We bought our Mila in January due to heavy pollution. Now, almost a year later and with not so great air quality in our city, I can say that it was one od the best purchases this year. I can breathe normally in my home and track the air quality. The device is quiet, user-friendly, and customer support helped us with all questions that we had. We bought our Mila in the beginning of the year due to the immense air pollution that we have been experiencing in our town and consequently in our home. So far, it has been working perfectly for us. Since the winter season began, the pollution is again in full swing and our Mila has been on duty nonstop. We really don’t know what we would do without it. I love it how it recognizes when my room air needs cleaning, especially now when I have a baby in the house! I trust my Mila that it gives my baby the best possible air quality! It is quiet, and also makes a fancy piece of furniture in the room, kinda like a decoration :) I would always recommend it to everyone!

I love my mila! I've had it for about two years and I receive the critter cuddler filter every six months, since I have pets. My mila quit working for whatever reason and even though it was no longer under warranty, they replaced it for free! And the month I went without it, was awful. My husband and I both started sneezing terrible. I live in a very old home plus pets. I had gotten spoiled and didn't realize how much it filtered, until I was without it. So happy to have it back! And customer support was great. Responded quickly and got everything worked out in no time. I love that it also has different settings, like white noise, silent mode, and it always keeps track of VOCs, outdoor air quality and more. It's a pretty cool air purifier. I highly recommend!

I recently purchased another Mila in November for my home - I have a big dog, and also live in a rural area close to a dairy farm where the outdoor smells can seep in the home.
First, the filters are incredible - super heavy duty, and they last a lot longer than any other HEPA air purifier I've had before.
Second, love how I can see the indoor air quality and compare it against the outdoor air quality all in the same app. Design is always subjective, but I love the look of their app and how the information is laid out.
So thankful for Mila and the fresh air I can breathe each day because of it.

My partner was suffering from severe allergies when we moved into our new house. I knew I had to find a solution and began scouring the internet looking for something, anything, that would help alleviate my partners allergies. I quickly discovered that an air purifier was my best chance at relief. Looking into air purifier brands, one name kept popping up in every article I read, and I am so glad it did. Mila has been the best investment for improved quality of life we have ever made. I know it seems silly and to some a large initial price tag, but for that price you not only get an innovative and smart (not to mention funny, I love the silly messages and app notifications) air purifier, but relief from seasonal and non-seasonal allergies, reduced pet odors, and even better sleep quality! You can spend a fortune on products designed to help in each one of those categories individually (trust me, I know from experience), or make a single purchase to immediately improve all of them. To me it is a no-brainer and I would choose Mila over and over again!
P.S. Shout-out to the Mila's support team who has always been helpful in answering all of my technical and non-technical questions (no matter how many times I bother them). I really appreciate a brand following through with quality support for a quality product!

The Mila experience has been good so far. I have my Milas in service for over 2 years now. Although I had one replaced a year ago due to some noise issues, Customer Service was really helpful and even made a consideration since I was out of warranty. Currently, both of my Milas are looking good and have not had any issues so far and I also enjoy the experience of using the Mila app. Looking forward to Mila Halo!

We now own 3 Mila units and have been happy with all of them. They are quick to respond to emails (within 24 hours every time), are knowledgeable, and follow through with the actions they commit to. My 1st unit was from the kick starter many years ago and we've added the two over the years. All 3 function as they did on day one without issues. The app is fairly user friendly and reliable. With each new firmware release, new features are added. 5 stars!

Mila is a fantastic company. I have several in my house and you can’t even tell I have a cat. It also responds to cooking oils in the air and very efficiently helps to remove them. Customer service is quick and has answered every question I’ve had. I love the display and especially the creative messages they come up with during holidays (the Christmas ones are especially cute).

I am an original Mila kickstarter backer and purchased 2 more since then. I loved their product then, and i still love it today. Its become part of our family. The messages it gives when i walk by always crack me up: you caught me cleaning, love is in the air, pajama time.
I've had two issues with my Milas, and their customer support has been amazing both times. They cared and were helpful. They just replaced one of my units that was almost 2 years out of warranty. Name another company that does that. I read some of these other reviews and take them with a grain of salt. Trustpilot seems like a site where people only come to complain.

Had my Mila going on 2 years.
Yes it’s had the odd issue but nothing that wasn’t sorted quickly by their team!
They have amazing customer service which always reply quickly.
I had my first unit replaced within the first 3 months but since then it’s done as expected. My latest issue was just due to the software, but after a chat with customer service and a factory reset, all good again.
This little unit helps keep my house clean, it sucks up all the pet hair, which as I have 2 long haired cats this is needed!
I recommend the Mila to all my friends!
