Great Customer Service
I recently purchased an underwater camera with several lenses and lights. The choice was made easy as they provide an ample selection.
I also found the customer team to be very responsive and professional.
Nish in particular has been super helpful with my questions and provided all the information I needed. Returning one of the items I purchased by mistake was super easy... look forward to dive and shop again!

I requested a hold on delivery as I was out of the UK for 6 weeks and didn’t want to miss out on the wetsuit for my son’s Christmas gift! Nish was super helpful but unfortunately he was let down by the despatch guys who went ahead and sent it anyway! However he actually phoned me to express his displeasure with their actions and did everything he could to ensure my parcel would be safe! I can’t recommend him highly enough and the company generally as I always purchase from them! Just shoot the despatch department!!!😂

I called the shop today to get some advice on purchasing a new regulator. There was no waiting on hold in a phone queue. I shared my preferences and I was guided through the different options without any hurry or heavy sales pitch and this was kindly and very quickly followed up by clear email quotes and further information. What a reassuring and pleasurable remote shopping experience, I have not has customer service like this in a long time - thank you Nish!
Nish was amazing from start to finish
Nish was amazing from start to finish! He helped me with every step, getting a large amount of dive kit sorted for a 3 months trip to Raja ampat. Very knowledgeable and was always happy to answer any amount of questions I had! Really helped having the support you need when picking dive gear for your first time! Thanks Nish!!!
reat service and customer care response
I needed a BCD for a Liveaboard trip in the Red Sea and had been let down by another supplier. I emailed the customer services to check the item was available, placed my order and received the goods the following day. The customer service response was prompt so it gave me the confidence to place the order and they didn't let me down.
Superb. Huge stock and helpful staff.
I've placed a couple of orders and they've always been sent quickly and with everything there. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide stock.
Beyond this, they are incredibly helpful, whether you call or use the live chat or email. Always quick responses by knowledgeable and helpful people (particular shout out to Nish).

Camera support
Contacted the support team regarding my faulty camera. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the support staff involved.(Nish.)
They responded quickly to my emails and kept me informed of what was being done.
The camera itself had to go abroad but they shipped the replacement as soon as it arrived with them, again Nish let me know at each stage.
The replacement arrived safely and well packaged, including with it a small gift of sweeties which I thought was a nice touch.
All in all I felt well cared for and would definately use them again.

I couldn’t be more impressed with there products spearguns, etc the quality and durability have always been waiting on me for me next dive. Try them. Put there gear to the test, won’t disappoint:).really recommend
Incredibly helpful advice and amazing service
I initially visited back in May to get a mask where I was helped to select one that fitted and felt great. I returned in August to get myself properly setup and Cat was awesome. Cat advised me on the most important items to purchase first and walked me through more cost effective options as well as ones that would give better longevity, which I found incredibly helpful. She didn't pressure me to buy and gave me time to consider my options, which was important to me as it was such a big purchase. I ended up getting a dive computer, regs and a wetsuit, which I've not yet used so can't comment on at this stage. I was really grateful and impressed with the honest advice and great service given. Amazing customer service
Great service from Mikes Dive store, finding the right dive gear is important, especially fitment. We’ve visited the shop before and had ordered online before as we are not local to the shop.
This time we ordered our wetsuits and some other gear online, it arrived quickly and loved the eco friendly packaging, however after trying on the wetsuits we had to return one wetsuit due to the size/fitment for my wife being a small/extra small person!
Our returns were swiftly dealt with by Jenna in customer services, she made our returns process really quick and easy with no stress, she was very helpful and made the whole process seamless.
As soon as the items were returned we were instantly refunded the same day, what a service!
The whole customer experience, with good service and prices will make us purchase again from Mike’s without hesitation.
Now we can enjoy our well deserved holiday to the Maldives with our new gear!

I required prescription lens replacement in my dive mask and the process was very clear. The staff are super helpful and friendly and I dealt with Jenna. My mask was received by them, lenses replaced and despatched back to me the same day! Exceptional service from a great company I trust
Great customer service
The service I’ve had from online queries has been excellent, both Nish and Jenna have answered all my questions. As a newbie to diving I really struggled with sizing and fitting but got very honest answers to all my questions and never felt like I was being pushed in any direction to spend more money or because they might get more for directing you to a certain brand, they have just been honest and given me the advise I needed. My only slight very small thing is I wish they did more wings and especially the Xdeep full range. That being said I certainly feel I now know all the pieces that are going to be right for me.

I've always had good experiences when I go to Mike's dive store. They have a good variety and I always find what I need. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out and even educate me when needed. They have all the newest gear in stock too which is great.
