Definition of a bs company Two weeks went by after ordering and I…

Two weeks went by after ordering and I contacted them because my item still hadnt shipped. They guarantee around a week delivery time. I was promised my package was just running late due to the amount of orders. Another week went by, i called again. Then they tell me it got lost and couldnt send the package. Canceling was the only option. Now my moms gift wont be here by christmas and that was the whole point. Will never be doing business with this company again. Stay away from them guys!

Absolute incompetence

I won't be purchasing any further from Michael Kors. No delivery and no F's given by them. Not even a phone call to tell me the order is not coming. It's now too late to get a replacement due to their very poor customer service. They wanted me to chase up the courier!! I'm sorry, i didn't purchase the items from a courier. That is your job!!! Save yourself the hell and choose another brand.

******UPDATE******
I have just received the items by courier this morning. That said, there was absolutely no communications about this. Items left on doorstep without even knocking on the door. Granted that is a courier issue, but Micael Kors responsibility all the same.

Bought a watch not working the way it was supposed to tried to get it sorted out but get told to deal with the company they get them of tried this they didn’t want to no supposed to have 2 year warranty watch is 7 months old told me to try another charger and battery witch I don’t have looks like 2 year warranty was not worth the paper its written on

Worst first time experience with this…

Worst first time experience with this company. I ordered a bag, they took payment. 4 days later I get an email that they don’t have the bag anymore and refund my money. No problem, I phoned them and asked for a different colour instead and the guys found one in black. Ordered it but they would not honour the sale price. ($150 difference). I got an email to say the bag purchase was confirmed, scrolled down and saw the guy put in an address that doesn’t exist! Phoned them back a second time to get them to fix the mistake and no they cannot, they would have to cancel this new order and then order again with the correct address. But the problem is that the bag from the second order was the last one…… I just said never mind I’m not shopping this company again in the future. The men on the phone have too thick accents and the corresponding emails were all in French. Good thing I can read it. …… cannot believe the stress and hassel associated with a bag!!! Unbelievable and as I said never again. In total it was 48 minutes on the phone. Hopefully they can get there s**t together in the future for other customers.

Pathetic customer service

Today visited your Traffor center branch to buy my birthday gift and unfortunately had a really bad customer experience. The lady just wasted my time.
She displayed a damaged bag in the showcase and when I demanded her to give a new one she refused to have it and offered me a damaged bag and when I told her that bag is damage. She offered me 10% discount which was not worth because it was not just a damaged mark but a huge prominent damaged display was visible. The bag was totally damaged and she spoke to me aoo rudely. She wasted another 10 minutes on just telling me that I can check on other store and in the end she refused.

I will never visit your store again its kind of pathetic customer experience. She ruined my birthday present.

I will Never buy ANYTHING from Fossil…

I will Never buy ANYTHING from Fossil or Michael Kors - same thing. Twice my watch broke one from fossil and one from Michael Kors and both after 2 years dies and won’t Stand behind their garbage products. I didn’t realize they were the same company until my second watch was having problems with connection. Nope nothing wanted me to write a letter explaining why the computer components were old when the date of manufacture on serial number suggests it’s already Old.

I came to this site to order some Christmas gifts. I thank each of you for your reviews. However, I do not understand some things. Like, how are these people still in business? With all of these bad reviews and customer service as bad as it is, I just don't understand why they are still here. Are the products real? Is this a legit Michael Kors site or a make believe?

Held money but refused to place order

Placed an order on black friday through the mk website using apple pay. The shipping address didn’t match the billing address so they never placed my order but made sure they held the money from my account. I got no emails, no texts and no phone calls. This company is not worth this amount of headache

Eta: the shipping address was an old billing address 🤷🏽‍♀️

Best customer service at Potomac Mills…

Best customer service ever at the store in Potomac Mills mall - Virginia USA; by Amira, a lady from Moroco. She apprached me while looking for a purse, she offered to assist me. She showed al the features, calculated a discount and looked for a purse in the stockroom. Always kind, with a smile. Please, we need more people like her facing the clients.

NEVER order anything from the website

NEVER order anything from the website. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I ordered a pocket book with a red stripe. It was on the website as a red stripe, went into the cart as a red stripe, and I received a confirmation email with a red stripe. When I received it it had a blue stripe. I called and was told I would have to sent it back, get reimbursed and then order it again- but not at the sale price I ordered it at. I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected. I called back and was told they would not transfer me to a manager- but one would call me back (yet they did not have my phone number), but once I got my refund they would make sure to help me out if I called their extension... what a surprise they don't have extensions they answer. I emailed customer service and was told I need to send a PDF (because they did not understand a red stripe)... 9 emails later, they said the item number was wrong, that I should have reviewed the item number. Who does this, as a customer that is my job to check their item numbers?! While everyone kept apologizing, not one person offered to fix the situation. I never received a call back from a manager. I will never shop here again and will make sure to spread the word.

crossbody bag is trash

I received a crossbody bag for my birthday in February and by July the seams were falling apart. I took it back to the store for a replacement. They couldn't do that. They advised I needed to go on line and start a warranty claim. I did this in September, never received a response. Called In October, CSR promised to get the claim going, I received no response, I sent warranty paperwork and photos again the end of Oct, no response. I called again this week, they gave me a case # and advised they would email me a location to send the crossbody to for repair. Again nothing!!!!! Don't pay for a Michael Kors purse that they won't stand behind!!!!!

Rubbish service don’t bother

It's My Birthday 🎂

Store# 00180 in Grapevine, Texas. I made a purchase on August 30, 2024 and the associate tried finding my birthday rewards since my birthday was on August 23rd. To my surprise she couldn't find anything but I regretfully made the purchase anyway.
She gave me the number to customer service which I called only
to be told that I am a Studio Member and I only receive rewards after I
have reached 3000 points. I find that
to be absolutely degrading and
disrespectful especially to the hard-
working people who really can't afford
your merchandise but feel like they
deserve something nice just to make
them feel somewhat special on the
rare occasion that they have the extra
money to do so. Not to mention the merchandise we purchase from discount stores like Ross, T.J Maxx,, Marshall's etc. Every store I
shopped during my birthday month
gave me a birthday gift including the
other designer stores in the mall
except Michael Kors. I found this to
be a sign that I and people like me
aren't welcome in your store and
aren't at all appreciated or valued
because we can't afford to spend
thousands of dollars per year just to
look a part in society even though we
really can't afford too without missing
a meal, a utility bill or running up a
credit card that we need for
emergencies. This was just one of
those moments where being a hard-
working average American was demeaning, belittling, unsettling and
hurtful. I will be printing this and
sending it to corporate as well as
making this encounter with Michael
Kors public simply because I took this as a personal insult and as well I
should. Totally DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!

Shocking customer service from Michael…

Shocking customer service from Michael kors Waterfront. I bought the Keaton signature logo sneaker which got damaged within 2 weeks I returned it back to the store on the 25th September and I was told that they will submit a damage claim and get in touch with me within 4 weeks. I was told to take the sneakers back home with me and it’s now 2 months later, I have never got acknowledgement for the claim and nothing has been communicated with me since the 25th of September. Salesman and also the same person who claimed to have submitted the damage claim for me’s name is Vuyo Mvana. Everytime I call the branch to follow up on the claim I’m always been given a run around. At this point I highly regret spending my hard earned shopping at Michael Kors
