I would not recommend this company to anyone. My son bought me an expensive handbag for Xmas, in March the zip stuck open. After 20 + emails to their customer services, I was sent an email on how to zip a handbag up, how condescending!!! I asked for a repair, replacement or refund under the 2 year guarantee to be told they were not corresponding with me anymore. I then contacted trading standards and have sent them 2 x recorded delivery letters that they have never acknowledged. Next stop ombudsman. A very bad experience from what we thought was a big reputable business. Buy from another business and not Michael Kors

Very disappointed with my purchase. The trainers arrived faulty, and the sizing was completely wrong—one shoe too big and the other too small.
They should clearly list accurate UK sizes to avoid wasting customers’ time and money.
When I went to the shop, they admitted this can happen and suggested buying in-store instead. Customer service asked for photos and then a video (which I had to resend due to file size), and I’m still waiting for a response. I may even have to pay for return delivery.

Quality of a bag that cost £320 is really poor compared to Kate spade and coach! I love the design but not worth the same price as their rivals in my opinion. Coach go to such efforts like embossing their latches, zips and all sorts. And looking at the Kors bag it just wasn't what I expected. I probably won't order from here again tbh. The zip is stiff the details of the seams are not great quality and the stitching could be mistaken for a knock off.. however it was bought from the Kors site themselves.
Watches on the other hand---amazing quality!!!

I contacted the support team for help with a refund and even mentioned that I thought it might be outside the return policy timeframe, asking if they could advise. Instead of checking my order, they simply replied saying they couldn't help because returns are only allowed within 30 days.
Luckily, after going back through my emails, I was able to confirm that my order was actually still within the return period (thankfully by a day). I then had to send this proof to them myself.
Very frustrating and disappointing service. A quick check on their side would have avoided all of this.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Michael Kors Meadowhall store in Meadowhall Shopping Centre on 2 March.
I visited the store to return several items that I had purchased online from Michael Kors. When I approached a member of staff on the shop floor, she informed me that she did not know how to process returns and went to call the manager.
When the manager arrived, I handed him the items along with my invoice. He then spent over ten minutes attempting to locate my order in the system but was unable to find it. In an effort to help, I offered to show him my order confirmation email. After reviewing this, he informed me that the items could not be returned in store due to the payment method used and stated that this information was written in the fine print on the website.
I explained that this was extremely inconvenient, as I had driven to Meadowhall and walked more than fifteen minutes through the shopping centre carrying a large bag to reach the store. I expressed my frustration at now having to take the items home again, arrange a postal return, and potentially incur additional costs.
At this point, the manager became verbally aggressive. He raised his voice and told me that if I was unhappy, I should contact head office. His tone and manner were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
While this interaction was taking place, another customer entered the store to complain that she had been waiting two months for a refund after returning items. Staff repeatedly told both of us to contact online customer service, despite the fact that the customer stated she had already done so without any resolution.
I left the store visibly shaken. I have never experienced such poor customer service in a retail environment.
To highlight the contrast, I had also visited the neighbouring Zara Meadowhall store to return some items. The staff there were extremely helpful — the assistant guided me through the returns process, helped scan the QR code, and assisted with labelling the package. The difference in professionalism and customer care was striking.
I am extremely disappointed that this was my experience at a brand of Michael Kors’ reputation. I would appreciate it if this complaint could be investigated and addressed appropriately. At the very least, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism when seeking assistance in store.
I’ve bought 3 bags
I’ve bought 3 bags. Two out of three are ruined just from daily wear. The straps are ruined. The quality is so poor! I emailed Michael Kors with my receipt and images of the bag all within warranty period and was ignored! I will never purchase anything from them again!
Disappointing lack of flexibility for genuine gift return
I’ve always associated this brand with quality and good customer service, which is why this experience has been disappointing.
An item was purchased in-store on 26 December as a Christmas sale gift and given to me for my birthday on 9 February. Unfortunately, it is too large and cannot be worn. The item remains completely unused and in original condition with tags attached.
I contacted customer service to request a goodwill exception, as the extended Christmas return window had expired before the gift was even given to me. I fully understand published policies, however I had hoped for some discretion given the genuine gift circumstances and the fact the item is in perfect resale condition.
Despite escalating the request, no flexibility has been offered.
It’s frustrating that there appears to be no consideration for situations like this, especially when the item is unused and was purchased in good faith.

Horrible bullying by 3 members of satff today wheh i had to ask about MK european warranty of a watch … they were Rude , male was very intimidating , manager was just standing there with a fake smile on face n not answering my query but letting the assistant to reply while i was asking her to help , she said i m taining them , and supervising!
The 2 training satff ( male n female) were first qurstioning Authenticity of distributor store in cyprus when i let them speak to the store they started asking for proof of purchase , store sent it from records as the warranty was dated n stamped , after 1 hour of all this drama i was told , they cant help but need to call customer service !! Why they asked for all this and harrassed me ? Was it a discrimination against me being on mobility scooter ? I bought a carry on luggage new
I bought a carry on luggage new, a wheel was lost on a trip. I wasn’t able to locate a wheel. I tried several MK Kors locations including the Outlet. I called MK Customers Service but to no avail. I finally emailed them and given a case number . After a couple of months a decision was made my bag wasn’t under warranty. lol!! I never asked for a warranty repair, I just wanted a matching wheel as the one I got when it was repaired looks hideous. I love MK, I ok en so much and always excited to get a new item. Here’s hoping I get info on a matching wheel . It was the first time I used it, the carry one is beautiful inside and out🩷
Terrible service
I have made 2 orders in the last month, both a disaster and useless customer service team have left me raging.
1st order , ordered a size 4, got a size 7. returned and got charged to return, had to have a row to get the return fee refunded.
2nd order, couldn't locate on the system to return so contacted customer services on the chat. Without checking the woman generated a QR code not a label - i explained i have no way of getting to the post office so need a label . Not interested. Computer says no. Terrible customer services & crappy products. Wont ever shop here again.

Fraudulent site?
I believe this website is offering fake delivery promises charging very high express shipping options that they have no intention of fulfilling on time. Ordered a bag that should have arrived by the 23rd, have just had a notification that it has been picked and packed but not yet shipped from the warehouse in Netherlands at 19:30 on the day it was supposed to arrive! Paid £10 extra on top of the expensive price tag for the item for “express delivery”, not even picked off the shelf until delivery date. There is no evidence that they had any intention of fulfilling the order when originally promised! No update to say it had been delayed. Tried multiple channels to get to a person to chase the order. As others have said bots are useless, it said it was passing me to an agent and I got a message 3 hours later to ask if I was there and as didn’t respond quickly enough agent then left!
I honestly think the site has been set to offer pre Xmas delivery dates to attract orders that it was never going to deliver before the 25th, which has a whiff of fraud about it.

I actually have bought two bags with this company and I have never had a problem the shipping was fast and including weekends depending on who’s delivering it the first time was UPS and the second time was Amazon shipping, but it’s always wrapped and brand new… I love Michael Kors. I never once have had a problem.
Gunwharf Quays store
Visited the Gunwharf Quays store this evening and was helped by Edyta and Lucy.
Nothing was too much trouble for Edyta she was fantastic helping me with choices sizes and what looked good and what didn’t I felt like I had a personal shopper she is an absolute asset to that store and because of her I will be back.

Terrible experience
I returned the trainers over three weeks ago because they didn't fit. They received them on the 8th August and apparently I had to wait two weeks for a refund. Last Friday I contacted them by phone saying it had been two weeks which they agreed with. I was promised a refund by this Wednesday and received a refund email but no refund. Michael Kors phone number is not working and going through the website they said five working days. I am fed up and will be contacting my bank.

Michael Kors store at Gunwharf Quays
We went shopping at the Michael Kors store in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth and was greeted by Edyta. I was amazed by the great customer service we received from her. Edyta was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she really is a credit to the store. Inside the store was a selection of clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery all at great discounted prices. We will definitely be back again soon.
