It is terrible, stay away!!!!

It is terrible, stay away! Ordered MiaoMiao 2 reader, it took eternity to come from China to Germany, it worked the first days but didn’t conncect to the sensor, after a week it is just dead. Have tried to get hold on the customer service for over a month now, no one ever answers me, it is just awful.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS

Ordered MM2 for my elderly Mum for me to be able to monitor her. First one couldn't connect despite 3 or 4 'IT clever' people helping me with the Libre, MM2, Tomato App and Mum getting really frustrated with us all fussing about.
They asked me to send it back at my own expense ($28) and they sent me another one. This was exactly the same. After a while they started to reply to my messages, demanding I try all sorts of tests, taking screen shots of every step so that I could send it to them.
By the time I got 1/2 way through, Mum got so fed up she threw it in the bin and told me 'not to bother'!!
I went back to MM2, and they refuse to refund me.
So disappointed, as I really thought this was going to be a godsend.
Going to try through Paypal to get a refund, but not confident.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Don't order from this place. It's a scam

I ordered a rc truck and I paid $129.00 for it and all I got was a piece of junk that you could buy at the flea market for a dollar. And now if I want a refund I would have to pay for the return shipping and I don't even know if I will get a refund for the remaining balance. Never again will I order from this place and I would recommend that no one else should either. SCAM-SCAM-SCAM!!!!!

Horrible

Horrible. I paid $129 for and item and it showed up nothing like what was expected.

Literally received the cheapest toy remote control car you can find at the dollar store for $1
This is their customer service email and who ever is responding is rude and delusional. Said to send it back to China haha

Thank god pay pal had my back and gave me the full refund.

Ordered a miaomiao from miaomiao.cool

Ordered a miaomiao from miaomiao.cool. It arrived and we realised we had enough function on the libre 2 to not need the miao. Tried to return it, was given a Chinese address. The Royal Mail wouldn't ship there as it contains a lithium battery and every other courier was either the same or it was going to cost more than the device! Customer services then gave me a UK address (don't know why they couldn't have done this in the first place?!), I sent the device back and only got a partial refund. It doesn't say anywhere on their website that that would be the case, I have flagged this with them as I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known. Not good, avoid.

I sent back two MiaoMiao2's as they were faulty.

I sent back a MiaoMiao2 as it was faulty at my own expense. I was sent a replacement MiaoMiao2 that did not work. I was informed again that I would have to send this back at my own expense otherwise a replacement product would not be provided. Consequently, I was forced to waste even more money sending yet another MiaoMiao2 back. Before sending the second MiaoMiao2 I was informed that I would receive $15 dollars, within 1-3 working days, to cover part of the delivery cost - this was back on the 2nd September. I have yet to receive a single penny despite my frequent messaging. In fact, most of my messages have been ignored.

Same fault twice

I am on my second device which has the same problem - when this item first arrives, there are no instructions in the box so you have to scan a QR code on the back of the box to retrieve the instructions. The instructions say to plug in the device and a flashing light will appear to indicate that it’s charging. It didn’t. I left it ‘charging’ for 24 hours and still no sign of life. The device was returned to Miao Miao and a replacement eventually sent (around 6 weeks later). Opened box, QR scanned, unit plugged in...still no light. Decided to try and test it anyway. Nope, does not work. It has now been on charge for 60 hours and still no sign of life.

If you join the Facebook group, you will see that this is a very common issue. People are just sending off for replacements, sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Having had two with the same issue, I just don’t trust them. This is a device that could potentially save a life (warnings of lows while driving for example), so I need to trust its functionality, I just don’t trust it.

You are free to make your own choices and some people have had great success with this, but when there are other options out there, I simply could not recommend Miao Miao any less, based on my own experience.

Libre reader battery issues

Their latest version of their Libre reader named miaomiao2 has issues with batteries that does not work(dead) or only lasts for a day or two.

The manufacturer(miaomiao.cool) claims that the battery works for 14 days(as the Libre sensor does).

Although I have purchased my device through their european partner site named miaomiao.eu, I would like to warn potential new customers about this issue.

I am currently the owner of a dead product. The manufacturer(miaomiao.cool) are referring others like me to their partner site miaomiao.eu - which in turn does not seem to respond to support requests :-(
