Bad,Bad,Bad business. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still getting the run around. There AI bubble has no information of any help. Did this company some how shut down and was able to still take my money yet not deliver anything.
I placed an order that was completed on March 27 2026, it is now April 6 2026 and I'm still getting the smoke blown up my butt from them.
Order #16233 anyone else who has been stolen from by this company Ghost Vapors need to speak out and see if we can't get this less than reputable company to honor it's contracts or we want our money back.

bought 5 different disposable vapes and all are menthol. Not mentioned on packaging ice, menthol or whatever.

Got a defective device, it happens - no biggie. But because it’s a consumable, the store can’t refund/replace. Ghost Vape company refuses to respond to my requests for refund/replacement. No word from customer service, $45 down the friggin tube for a useless business.

Scam!!!! Don’t send $$$ they will say shipment was help up with shipping company and then say pay more. Don’t get ghosted by ghost vapes!! Scam Scam !!

They sent me my old order from a month ago two grams jet fuel and my 20 grams honey shatter so I got two for price of one holy cow what a good day lol

I recently purchased some Ghosts from Ghostvapesofficial.com. They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. Just a warning to any potential buyers from them, please stay clear of this mob at all costs. Thiefs!

Wonder if they have enough back bone to respond to my review?? I purchased 10 of their vape carts, I sent the $205 to the cashapp account they had linked on the billing/payment web page of their legit website. After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Straight up con artist

Bought 275 dollars worth of pens in June. It's August. They're no longer answering and have not sent me anything. Have not returned my money. They have my order on hold, I have screenshots of the zelle confirmation and my account on their website saying it's still on hold.

This is the crappiest business I've ever dealt with. They are liars, they are rude and have the worst customer service ever! Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

yes i would like to start off by saying this is off topic but i am a reviewer for YouTube, so ive contact them fine, okay but then as days go on and on no word in chat/ nor by email, so i today decided to go ahead n place and order but come to find out its ship the same day which is fine but decided to put first class instead of priority so this is why i am giving "ghost vapors" 1 star!

I had contacted the ghost customer service because I bought a strawberry banana ghost box 3500 puff and it lasted 3 days which should have lasted over a month because I only puffed a a couple a day. So when I contacted them they wanted to know my address and what exactly I bought and would ship me a new 1 after waiting and waiting I contacted again for a update they said nothing but sent me a small ghost max. The sad thing is they didn't say sorry or nothing it was like I was just a problem yet if they keep treating their customers like this they may no longer have a business in the future. Ghost vape is 1 I will no longer buy after this experience.

I paid for discreet shipping only to have the random shipping service they chose to hold it hostage in Denver unless I pay $340 to receive it. contact JAMES and he basically Called me names and told me to either transfer them $250 and they would "cover the rest" or else I would forfeit my order and be subjected to criminal prosecution. After arguing he told me her would personally see that my order was held and searched. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!

garbage vapes with no throat hit, the disposable vapes really suck and have no throat hit, its almost the same as vaping air or vaping my thumb for a hit, even the 50 bold is so weak, over priced junk, never agan!

best flavour and looks beautiful but its absolute crap because after 2 mediocre pulls it overheats and you have to wait for it to cool down for about 15 mins. what a load of shitx im glad you went bust

This vape is indestructible. Threw it off at 20m balcony and survived through a one night snow storm and still works like a charm, no harm done.

Liked their variety of products, a good place and nice enough collection to pick your favorite vape.

Never got my device to work. Over a month later after contacting CS I never heard back from them. Most I’ve spent on a vaporizer and this device turned out to be a total waste of money.

1- the ghost mv1 has a cool look. However, the finish can scratch very easily as compared to Storz and Bickel's Mighty or Crafty.

2- the fast charger was not included. no one should have to wait several hours or have to order it seperately.

3- the loading compartment is very figity and requires a lot of fiddling around.

4- the entire vape gets extremely hot

5- most importantly, it is way too heavy for a portable vaporizer.

Very unpleased with your product.

My Mv1 is a couple of weeks old and hauntingly efficient at separating dirty ole carcinogens from good ole vape and can get the best out of even the scruffiest herb, it never fails to impress me the way it leaves us all 'proper old school' stoned (We're in our 50s btw).
My only issue is charging which takes about 10-12 hrs even after 1st charge conditioning as instructed by the instructions. Mine gets very hot even on 150° which after a few minutes usually results in the flashing red light of doom and having to let it cool down. I've tried differing the packing of the load in the crucible but nothing seems to make a difference. Typically it's behaved itself so far this eve as I write this.
