I order my Sony Xperia 1 iii phone from Mi4Canada for the first time. I usually buy my phones directly from the manufacturer's website or from Amazon. However Mi4Canada offered a $40 discount and even before the discount, their retail price was still cheaper than other online retailers. So I took my chances and placed an order. In 8 days, although coming from Hong Kong, I got my phone. The plug was a U.K. type G plug. However an adapter and a protective case was included. Would I buy future phones from Mi4Canada? Absolutely! Thanks for the good service, Mi4Canada.

Orderd on Friday evening, so already weekend.
On Tuesday got shipping confirmation from Hong Kong.
On Thursday got my new phone.
I will recomend this site everyone looking for new phone.

Very much enjoyed every part of my transaction with mi4Canada. The phone arrived two days earlier than the delivery date. It arrived in good condition. They also provided a travel adapter free of charge. Looking forward to using their services when ordering my next device.

Based on reviews and the even worse, the response of the reps. Who would want to deal with people like you who are obviously not even customer-oriented nor do you care of what potential customers (like me) may feel after reading such attacks. Definitely a lot of work needed to improve your people skills and how you answer/address issues.

Goal is to resolve it and not run people to the ground of those comments you do not agree with. Remember they are clients expressing displeasure of the service or lack of it

I recently ordered a Poco F3 smartphone from the website of Mi4 Canada. The 'phone arrived within a week, and initially impressed me as the best smartphone I had ever had.
However one defect(?) compelled me to have to return it. As with my previous two 'phones I tried to set up a Bluetooth connection between the 'phone and my hearing aids. Unfortunately, the Poco F3 would not maintain this connection and without it, I cannot hear any telephone calls, so the device is useless to me.
I tried numerous ways to correct this, including a "factory reset," but nothing helped. I contacted Mi4Canada and they authorized a return, and refunded my money. In summary, the Poco F3 smartphone is awarded 3 stars, and Mi4Canada receives the maximum 5 stars for their excellent customer relations.

Ordered a phone and received in less than 5 days. They provided excellent customer service and helpful. Thanks to John and Agger for their support. It's good to know that they support what they offer and I can trust this online store. They are not always online, I guess because of time difference. Good online store.

I had a great experience, great prices! I didn't know they had a 7 days return policy and wanted to return the items before I even received them. But they weren't able to cancel the one already in transit but they were willing to accept a return. I decided to open after a day because the Oneplus 9 I ordered hurt my eyes in dark mode. I am very glad I did because the Poco F3 was amazing, I also decided to order and Mi 11i which is just as great with snapdagron 888. Great website, service and good selection of products.

Overall, a terrific experience with Mi4Canada. My phone arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The packaging was well done and definitely protected the phone. I would recommend Mi4Canada and purchase from them again.

It should be noted though that all phones are initially purchased from a distributor in Hong Kong before retail sale in Canada, meaning that's the manufacturer's warranty will typically be honoured only in Hong Kong in the event that a phone requires any repair/servicing.

I have ordered a Poco F3 on Friday, October 8, and received it 7 days later, on October 15. The phone was not shipped until Monday, October 11, so it was pretty fast. Customer service was promptly responsive and helpful. Great product and very reliable company. I was skeptical about the payment options at first, but everything worked smoothly.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase. They were very fast with shipping. I got my device in a week. The device is exactly as advertised and runs amazing. It was brand new sealed in the box. As long as you do your homework and make sure you are purchasing a device that is compatible with your service provider you can't go wrong. I was scared at first but they were really helpful by giving quick and updated information on my phone. Currently using it now and it came brand new in the box with an adapter from the eu plug to na plug. I would buy from them again

I received a genuine phone within a short time. I transferred money with Etransfer without any trouble( it is better you write all your detail like name, email, phone and address in the note of your etransfer).
The plug was UK plug and they sent me a convertor to US plug (I left them a note to send me that)

Extremely fast shipping and new phone in box. I would give 5 stars but unfortunately it seems my phone is a lemon. I have never encountered so many issues with my phone. The data turns off by itself and doesn't turn back on until I restart my phone (happens every 1-2 days), and the screen will freeze (every few days). I don't think it is the companies fault, but must be a manufacturer defect. I did send them a message, and they asked me to send it back to them and it will be back within a month. If they find no issues with the phone, you have to cover the charges. I really don't have a month to wait to have my phone fixed and what if when they are testing it, the problems don't pop up? (They happen randomly). So I didn't send the phone back to them but just a little bit disappointed in the quality of the Xiao mi phone. I have had 2 other red mi phones that are cheaper and work flawlessly. :(
