Due to the modern construction type (concrete and steel) of our house, what initially looked "straightforward" quickly became a "computer says no" scenario. Thankfully we were in the very safe and competent hands of Huw Thomas who refused to give up. Although things took much longer than originally anticipated, thanks to Huw's diligence and perseverance we were eventually successful. He was excellent from start to finish and kept us updated every step of the way. I'm sure we were at times a nightmare but he calmly and patiently reassured us. First class service throughout.

Esther was professional and very informative. She made sure we knew every step that was happening and explained everything clearly. Will definitely be in contact when needed again and will recommend to family and friends.
