I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of this dress. From the moment I received it, I could tell how much attention to detail went into its design. The fabric feels luxurious, the sequins are beautifully attached, and the overall construction is excellent.

The leopard print combined with the subtle sparkle creates such a unique and sophisticated look. It’s bold and glamorous without feeling overdone. I especially love the halter neckline and open-back design, which make the dress incredibly flattering and elegant.

The fit is amazing and hugs the body beautifully while still feeling comfortable to wear. The material moves nicely, photographs beautifully, and catches the light in the most gorgeous way.

What impressed me most is that it looks even better in person than in the photos. It feels like a high-end designer piece and is perfect for special occasions, parties, vacations, or any event where you want to make a statement.

Mew Mews provides the best customer service and high quality pieces. I reached out to them with a few questions on Instagram and their team responded rapidly with thorough answers. I got so many compliments on the dress I purchased.

i would have given 4 stars for the quality but the return process is so bad I brought it down to 1. I Ordered a dress in early april for a wedding on June 9th and it was too thight! It was beautiful but no stretch in the material. So I asked to send it back for another model and I had to pay my shipping 35$ and pay an extra 25$ USD because they wouldn’t apply my 10% discount althought technically I didn’t keep the first order. So i’m leaving today without a dress, customer service says there is a rush on everything, but their return process is lengthy and unreliable, expensive and you can’t even track your package without buying an app! So total rip-off! It’s sad because they have beautiful products but if it doesn’t fit … good luck 🤞 Hopefully they will improve their return process or their ratings will keep going down! I do not recommend!

Ordered & paid for a dress early May and still waiting for it to be made now mid-June, and dispatch date keep getting pushed out. Is this company for real or a scam?

The dress I ordered does not meet the quality standards for the price I paid. The description provided for the material used in the dress is misleading, as it appears to be of low quality.
Furthermore, the dress company does not have a phone number available for customers to contact and receive further instructions regarding refunds or refunds

I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Mew Mews to think twice before ordering.

This was my first experience with the company, and it will definitely be my last.

The dresses I received did not meet my expectations, and when I tried to return them, I discovered how difficult and customer-unfriendly their return process really is. Unlike most reputable online retailers, Mew Mews does not make it easy for customers to receive a refund. Instead, they push customers toward accepting gift cards, which means your money remains with the company even when you are unhappy with your purchase.

Their return policy is extremely strict, and customer service repeatedly refers to company policies rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. I had to send multiple emails just to discuss a return, and the entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming.

What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and understanding. When customers spend a significant amount of money on clothing, they should be able to shop with confidence knowing that returns and refunds will be handled fairly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Mew Mews.

Before placing an order, I highly recommend reading their return policy very carefully. If there is any chance that you may need to return an item, be aware that getting your money back may be extremely difficult or even impossible.

There are many other fashion retailers that offer much better customer service, fair refund policies, and a smoother shopping experience. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering.

My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM MEW MEWS unless you are 100% certain you will keep the item. If something goes wrong, do not expect an easy return process or a refund.

This was my first order from Mew Mews, and without question, it will be my last.

I’m absolutely thrilled! I ordered a dress to Poland and it arrived incredibly fast. I chose a classic model that truly impresses — I haven’t received this many compliments on a dress in a long time ❣️❣️❣️ Thank you, Mew Mews, for being amazing!

If you are thinking of ordering- DONT.
First the item will reach you in approximately 30 days if you are in Europe, so delivery is long. Secondly, the photos are amazing, the dress I got barely resemble the picture. Third- they ship from China and the quality is not terrible, but not great either, it looks like the dress from market. Gariūnai (for Lithuanian girls to understand). And lastly - you cannot refund it, what they offer is gift card for 35% value or exchange. Save yourself the trouble and go for other brand instead

0 stars! DO NOT PURCHASE! I ordered a product and added on express shipping. I emailed them to confirm it would be shipped and delivered 3-5 days after order & they said yes. After purchasing, they emailed me and said it wouldn’t be completed until 14 days after. I asked them to just cancel the order. They did not. When I finally got the order, I was away. When I returned I tried to file for a return and they declined. Also, the dress is 10000% from shein, which sucks because they’re charging $150+.

We never received the ordered goods, the website shifts the responsibility to the delivery person and the delivery person shifts the responsibility to the website. The agony has been going on for almost 2 months. I would like to inform you how the dispute ended.
