Great speed but compromised quality

The speed and convenience of the service was great but I sent a contrasty file by an artist famous for their contrasty B&W prints and opted of course for the expert service. Somewhere in the process the Metro expert decided that the print was too contrasty and dialed down the contrast. That was a mistake. The print is useable but it is not great.

Disappointing!

Was really disappointed in the quality of the paper, which easily creased (which is visible inside picture frames), as well as the white borders on all photos which made it impossible to mount some of them properly. Had to redo several photo prints at another company. Also had delays with delivery.

professional and responsive

professional and responsive service for my pretty poorly reduced negative transfer to digital and back to analogue. Very technically helpful on the phone and prompt service.

The print look great but it would have…

The print look great but it would have been nice to be offered tiny minor corrections such as black/ white spots taken out even if I didn't pay for bespoke service
