Amazing service

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - Ciprian gave us thorough information and instructions and kept us in the loop throughout the process of getting internet up and running in our new build house.
The instructions were super simple and we had the internet up and running within a few minutes of moving in.
The internet service with OFNL so far is very fast and smooth. We are very impressed with Merula and would recommend 100%.

Customer Support 11/10, persistent patience and amazing connection speed
I do not usually write reviews however I felt that it would be genuinely unfair not to mention how amazing and patient this company has been for me. Specifically, a member of staff named Cip was the kindest and most patient person across all customer service I have ever met, ever.
After arriving at my new property I found out that the previous tenants had not cancelled their internet connection meaning we were stuck without internet for an unknown period of time. After contacting Cip at Merula I understood what needed to happen, he kept persistently monitoring my situation and was available at all points (there were allot of phone calls in which he was always polite and understanding). The issue was resolved and I am massively happy with the connection speed. I have also been assured that if there are any questions or queries Merula are always available. And from my personal experience they are super fast if I was in any need of contact.
I would highly recommend this company to those that prioritise a high level of customer service and an amazing connection.

Thank you for a great service! Really pleased customer here. Top broadband company. Reachable quickly by phone, nice friendly support, super fast and easy set up, good & flexible broadband packages at a competitive price. I am having a very fast internet connection with them right now and no issues at all. I called on a Friday and after placing my order, they sent me the router the same day! Ciprian went above and beyond to ensure I could get connected on the Friday itself so I could use it over the weekend. I have been so impressed by their service. Other companies should take note.

I’d recently moved to Merula due to price increases from a competitor. From placing my order to the start of the service date, Chris was absolutely fantastic. I had some issues when the service started (not the fault of Merula) - when I called for assistance, Cip went above and beyond to assist and ensured my internet was up and running.
Continued issues and poor response and…
Continued issues and poor response and lack of communication from the Directors who took charge of the ticket when I asked for their complaints policy. Internet downloads average 43mbps and i have been paying for 120 mbps. They offer nothing and do not fix or deliver. I am now going to report this to Ofcom. Suggest you use any other ISP because Merula are simply uncaring and dreadful.

Great comms & speedy service
Ordered internet package + router for our new home just before Midnight, by 12pm the next day the setup process with OFNL was started and the router was posted, and we received the next day.
Set up the router as instructed, plugged it in and within a minute we were ready to go.
We received an update email every step of the way (from Chris) and very happy with the service and speed so far 👍

Joined beginning of December 2023.
I'm in a new build with approx. 15 suppliers to choose from OFNL. Merula were one of the lower priced providers and the only ones who communicated to initial enquiries well.
Delivery was next day. Set up was easy.
Speeds are reliable. They do flutter, but remain at the high end of my speed subscription frequently.
In 3 months, it has dropped out only once. But a simple restart corrected the issue.
Customer services is unusually very good and monitor your queries and actually respond to help you.
