Excellent service from Kinetic Telecom. They advise in advance of any interuptions and also keep us updated during unexpected outages. Customer service very helpful when dealing with telephone queries and they are quick to respond to email queries too.

We had never heard of them until we chose them for the broadband for our new build.
It was easy to set up, they sent a router in the post and we connected it up to the wires in our house. We did have a query and it was answered by a person who actually knew what they were talking about!
The cost has never increased in three years and the speed is great. No buffering on the TV.
Would recommend.

I've never had an issue since moving into my property 4 years ago. On the one occasion when the internet was down, kinetic kept me informed with frequent updates and automatically took money off my next DD, even though it was no fault of their own. I'm very happy with the service, the cost and communication and would recommend to anyone

As I have a fibre only connection I am limited to my choice of suppliers. Kinetic Telecom offered the services I required (Internet and Telephone) at a very competitive price with no surprise increases.

Been using company for 2 years, internet is always very speedy. Whenever I’ve emailed any queries they have responded very quickly so haven’t had to phone and wait on hold for ages like most internet providers. What highly recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Kinetic Telecom if you need an Internet Service Provider on the OFNL network. They supply the fastest possible speed on the network at a reasonable price. They have great communications; any queries or requests being responded to without delay (by a real person in England). They always send notifications if any downtime of the OFNL network is planned.
