Mersey Rod - Drain Unblocking, Surveying and Repairs Reviews 

During building work, we found that drain in our garden was blocked which was impacting our downstairs toilet. I was recommended Mersey Rod by a neighbour and I’m so glad I followed their advice. I filled in the online form at approx 6.30am and by 8.30am they had contacted me to organise someone to come the same day. The engineer arrived around 11am and sorted the problem really quickly, and even investigated further for us to see if there were going to be any recurring issues. They were respectful of our property and the ongoing building work, offered advice going forward and resolved our issue effectively. Really happy and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

On contacting Mersey Rod I was given a ( same day) estimated time of arrival and a price . The engineer arrived well within the E.T.A and unblocked the drain quickly and effectively and with no mess, at the agreed price. I would recommend this company to anyone with a blocked drain!

In response to our drain blockage, Mersey Rod agreed a time and date we requested and attended promptly. After our guidance, the engineer fully understood the situation, resolved the blockage and cleaned up. Further root work was agreed.

Phoned late Monday and they came out first thing Tuesday (was happy to wait) and tje guy who came out was fantastic, knew exactly what he was doing and got everything unblocked and cleaned up pronto. Would 100% use them again!

Mersey Rod came out to my home for a drain inspection. The guys were on time, showed me everything they could see, and provided a reasonable quote for the repairs needed. I will definitely be using them again when I’m ready for the work to be done.

I had a basic cctv drains survey due to rodent issues. Communication was good and personable. Andy the technician kept me informed throughout and was genuinely interested in the issues I was having. It was helpful to know there were no cracks in the pipes and to locate the position of hidden drain.

These are great. Got an appointment straight away and the woman in the office was lovely and helpful. The surveyors came on time and are really nice to deal with too. Knew what they were doing and diagnosed the issues straight away. Couldn’t fault them and 100% recommend them to you.

Mersey Rod did a drainage inspection on a property I'm buying. The inspection was booked in quickly and easily. I received the report the next business day following the inspection and I was given the technician's contact details which enabled me to clarify some issues he'd identified directly with him.

Great service here within 15 minutes of calling, and when he arrived he sorted out our issue.
