Completed withdrawal not received
I made a withdrawal of 279.2 USDT through Telegram Wallet to my Monobank bank card. The transaction was marked as Completed, but the funds were not credited to my card.
I contacted Telegram Wallet Support and was directed to Mercuryo. I then contacted Mercuryo Support, but I was unable to register with Mercuryo and they could not explain why.
Mercuryo later asked me to provide a valid USDT wallet address in the TON network for a refund. I provided my personal TON wallet address and am now waiting for my funds to be returned.
The whole process has been very stressful, and I still have no clear explanation of what happened to my money. I hope Mercuryo resolves the issue and returns my funds promptly.
