I put money in to buy Bitcoin, tried to send some of it and they blocked the account, kept the money and said they didn't like where the money was being sent so now they won't give access to the account and let me get it out. HUGE SCAM WEBSITE

It looks like the system recognizes me (my card data is stored), but I never signed up and don't have an account.
So I can't delete the card data or change it. The only option shown is "add new card."
Also, there is no option to chat online.
Support is available via email only.
