I ordered to a hoodie and T-shirt from their shop back in May 2022 and I never recieved an E-Mail that my order has been shipped even tho they told me so in the confirmation Mail I got where the told me they would get my order ready for shipping.
Do not order there! It's not worth it.

Ordered my stuff over a month ago! I’ve emailed these guys 5 times! I can’t get anyone to reply, I’ve spent a decent amount of money on it. This is a terrible service and will never use them again.

Ordered a Danny Mullen presidential shirt... they shipped within a month but it was returned to them because of a shipping software error.. sent 5 emails over the last Two months and still no reply. I will never do business with these people again

I requested a refund on a purchase I made before it had been shipped. I was told that the refund request had been put in, but there was no guarantee because shipping processes all shipments immediately. It has been over a week and I have not received my refund even though the order still has not been shipped. Merchyy no longer replies to any of my emails and I wouldn't be surprised if I never receive my order or a refund.

Update: Order was finally canceled on September 5. I requested cancelation on August 22.

I have ordered the past 3 misfits drops. the first 2 were very slow shipping, took about a month for the orders to get to me --- albeit, this is what they said would happen. my latest purchase was for a hoodie and it came in less than a week. The hoodie quality is better than my champion hoodie i paid $90 for (I paid $61 for my new hoodie).

They keep telling me 2 weeks but it’s been over 2 months. Never will I buy from them again

I ordered a sweat shirt and they said it would take approximately a month to ship at the latest. It took more than three months and I still have yet to receive my shirt. I am convinced they are scamming me and they won’t be getting any type of return business from me. I say that it’s not worth ordering from them they will just disappoint you immensely. I did understand it was a preorder and the dates mentioned reflect that. They took more than 3 months after the end of preorder to ship out my merch.

Got tracking 2 or 3 days later (says all orders ship out within 10 days)

Package arrived with my hoodie and phone case the same week

I noticed one review saying it took long to receive the product. If you read the website it will state when some items are preorders which means they wont ship out until the preorder is complete, just like those other merch websites that have countdowns. but i do understand most people buying merch are probably pre-teens and teens who just don't read (lol). I'm literally in my 20s, am i a loser? HAHA

Very slow shipping. I ordered something on December 1, 2017 and it still has not shipped. I am very unhappy with them and will not do business with this site again.

1st order took 3 days to receive.

2nd order took 1 month. I was mad but...

I didn't read that it was a preorder and would take this long to be delivered since i purchased it the day the product became live for the youtuber i wanted to buy from.

overall, they resolved the issue by stating it was a preorder. I was just to stupid to realize and even read their website lol
