Online banking and Security

As a CPA, I have found Chase to provide a great online experience (their branch office employees are terrific as well), and a really secure environment preventing fraud at every turn.

Chase Merchant services are the worst

Chase Merchant services are the worst. They don't return calls and when asked questions they state "they would get back to us with the answers." Yet to hear anything. Useless, but they take their cut everytime!

Best Bank

Chase is the best bank for any type of account's. I did try a different bank before chase and was more than disappointed. I have all my accounts with Chase. I am a chase customer for 25 years and 3 years with my business account.

Best credit card processing platform we've ever had

We've been in business for 17 years, and the one B2B service that has given us the most headaches in that time has been merchant service providers (MSPs). As many small business owners will know, MSPs tend to have surprise fees, poor customer service, and occasionally falter in their funding ("batch failures"). It has been quite a challenge finding an honest, technically-efficient MSP. Well, it has now been over one year that we've been using Chase Payment Solutions. I'm happy to report that Chase is, up to now, the best MSP we've ever had. Chase has not once veered away from the set of fees that it laid out in the beginning. They have been honest with their fee structure, which is reasonable. Also, there have been no technical failures in the funding process. Our customer payments have always reached our bank account. We have not needed to reach out to Chase customer service in this first year. Bottom line is that we strongly recommend Chase Payment Solutions to any small business owner looking for a reliable MSP.

there is value in being with Chase

there is value in being with Chase, cost versus benefit, the customer service is always available 24/7. Very quick turn around in payments, which is great as a small business, benefits me to allow better money management.
