It is so easy to use Paymentech

It is so easy to use Paymentech. It makes accepting payments for renting our condo at Winterplace in WV so much easier. If I have any questions, their support staff is very accessible and is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Pending dispute has taken over 25 days…

Pending dispute has taken over 25 days and no resolution. This would never happen with other conventional retail banks.
I am absolutely disgusted with with their customer service not know when payment is reversed and appears in my bank following day. I hope the FSA GET INVOLVED AND FIX THESE GUYS OR FINE THEM!!

I’m having a chargeback that was already reversed by the customer, chase closed my account after the chargeback was already reversed, and they are keeping my funds now for 120 days.

since I have the service non 08/2016 everything whit the credit or debit machine has been excellent no complaint about if for some reason I have to talk whit a representant they are so nice, know they work and give me a very good service thanks for have people like them

never have had any inconvenience whit chase every aspect of my bussines whit this instituion is always been pleasent.even in a couple of occassion i needed to correct a minor or big issue the personal at the location i deal whit have been profesional and efficient in resolving it quickly
