Outstanding service

The service including a prompt and positive response from the provider was outstanding an very much appreciated. My inquiry was comprehensively addressed and I was given access to a webinar when unfortunately I could not manage the live showing. The company reprehensive was very attentive and kind. Thank you.

Gabor Mate programme

I attended a webinar with Gabor Mate after buying a few of his books. I love this gent’s work but his Mentor Show programme that was sold at the end of the webinar was misleading at the least. The trial is only for 14 days which is something I wasn’t aware of, as if I was, I would have not purchased the programme. There is a yearly subscription attached to the programme which is even worse as more money would have been taken from my account without my knowledge. Their FAQ is in French. Most of their customers are English speaking customers.
I have requested a refund which was not granted so I am so upset with myself for wasting my money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND FALL INTO THE TRAP OF BUYING THIS PROGRAMME AS YOU WILL BE DISSAPONTED.

REPLY: I have proceeded with a dispute via my credit card company as I want a refund. The site is not great and if someone wants to restart listening to the programme, they cannot do this I want my money back.

Overcharged and Program not Working as Promisedd

I recently joined MentorShow and the price was $299 but a special of 50% off ($12 a month - billed annually) was in effect. So, I joined. I was charged $299. I'd like that fixed to the promised 50% off for the year paid annually which would be $144. Additionally, when I first logged in and selected the Gabor Mate program, I didn't realize that the program would automatically start so I paused it - planning to return later and when I did - the program must have been running in the background because it was on lesson 17. Unfortunately, the program will not allow me to click back to lesson 1 so I can begin the program from the beginning. I tried several ways to troubleshoot it including the suggestions MentorShow had on its FAQ page. I filled out their contact us now form but haven't heard anything back. I'd love to start the program from the beginning and receive my 50% refund back. I'll be a happy camper then. And I'd gladly re-review as I actually get to use and enjoy the MentorShow Programs and have the correct pricing adjusted.

As a mother

They still charged me even after I canceled the service

**UPDATE: despite the reply you see below to this review, no one has actually reached out to me or replied to any of my follow up emails. **

Tried to cancel my subscription on the website less than 5 days after the initial purchase as I realized the content was not what I expected it to be.
There was no confirmation email so I went on the website and tried to cancel it as second and third time.

I received a second charge on my card a month later, when I contacted customer support to say there must have been a mistake, they said they had no evidence of me canceling the service and that there was nothing they could do.

After confirming TWICE with them that…

Edit:
Carla reached out to me after this review. Trying to reassure me and asking me to drop my case in PayPal, I didn’t because if I did I could not reopen one, and because the automatic settlement date was not far away. PayPal refunded me. Carla offered me free access for one more year as a gesture.

Orignal:
After confirming TWICE with them that my subscription will not be renewed, they charged me 197€!! I had reconfirmed with them in October to avoid this specific situation, they confirmed that nothing will be charged, and yet here I am! 197€ is a significant amount especially when not planned in a monthly budget!

payment nightmare

The content is interesting but they are a nightmare with the payment.

I choose to pay in 3 times; first paiement easy; for the rest my bank system reject they claims and keep blocking my accounts....I have send multiple email to Mentor Show info mail address ... no reply!

I wanted to pay but now they make my life difficult the opposite of what they are selling no?

I hope that they will reply to me and that we can sort this out soon.

Do not subscribe to this platform with an exorbitant price. You will find the same informations in books for $20 instead of €200 ANNUALLY.

I sent an email in mai 2022 to unsubscribe from their platform because the system did not allow me to do so at that time... No response in May 2022. But surprise, they took the money from my account in May, 2023. I am trying to get my money back, but even seriously ill and with financial problems, the human side seems absent from their financial decision.
