I contacted customer service as I couldn’t find the correct part and was emailed but almost immediately with a link to the right page. Super helpful and it arrived within 3 days so I wasn’t without coffee for a second longer than I had to be! Great service.

The coffee is good BUT...
The coffee is good, BUT not so the customer 'service'.
For example, I was emailed an 'exclusive' discount offer, which I used when ordering, and yet the day after ordering the products were discounted further — so much less than what I paid with my 'exclusive' discount. I emailed Melitta to notify them about this and to say that I felt a bit misled and cheated, if I'm honest.
Did I receive ANY response? Nope. So I now order elsewhere.

good product, absurd packaging, Better delivery info would be nice
Ordered on Tuesday Told by Melitta to expect delivery details from DPD.
Thursday DPD were expecting parcel from Melitta.
Friday an hour before delivery told to expect delivery between 11.50&12.50delivered on time. Good service but would have preferred an initial estimate. Delivered 2x250cc bottles in an absurd size box 20cmx20cmx24cm = 9.6 litres. Product fine

Disappointed really I wanted the water filter which was unavailable on its own so I purchased the set. I did not want a brush or cleaning cloth I wanted products, very expensive way of buying products. I thought it would be cheaper than buying individually.
