Delivery experience rubbish.
I do not know why your delivery driver "missed" me. It hasn't been delivered to my chosen drop point yet and I suppose I could go out twice but I'm staying in until it is. I don't know what packaging you have put the order in but it could be in something that would just fit through the letter box. Also, am I going to have to print out a QR code?

No delivery despite claiming it has been delivered
After spending nearly £100 on beans, the delivery company has either wrongly claimed to have delivered it or left it on the doorstep to be stolen. I had somebody available to accept the delivery all day and nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. I am very disappointed with this service and suggest that change delivery companies.
