I was told to make an appt when an email link was sent to me to talk to a Dr. The prescription that was delivered to me today was written differently than the one in my portal. I'd rather take the once a week dose vs the twice a week dose.

Brittney was very helpful. Giving me a goal for our next visit.
Video conference was professionally conducted, to the point and friendly.
I do not leave reviews but want to warn people against using this service. I used a Forbes link to use an offer for a bundle price for Semaglutide. They did not process my order as a bundle, and they sent me the wrong medication. I notified them several times of the two errors and asked for them to simply honor the bundle deal and reconcile my account and medications accordingly. Despite my request they were not able to provide me with my original registration and subscription, instead just repeatedly telling me what “their records show”.
I spent hours sending emails explaining my experience and request for reasonable remedy. At no time did I receive any communication that acknowledged my communication or concerns. They just sent me what were obviously scripted emails over and over. I ended up paying about $1200 for absolutely NOTHING I subscribed to.
I didn't have the energy or time to continue the battle. I cancelled my account on February 1, I now realize in June that they have charged me $400 per month since I cancelled, nearly $2000. I feel robbed and without remedy.

The provider took the extra step to resolve our disconnection. I appreciated that since I was working.

Portal is designed to preventt you from contacting customer service to cancel. They only notify you that you are getting shipment after they charge you. There is no way to put the system in ship on request. The phone is answered by an AI which certifies your account and then promises it will send instructions immediately. It send a link to log into portal with no instructions. Stay very dar away!

They will take your money on time but then the pharmacy constantly screws up and doesn't process your order on time so then you have to wait for your medicine and you get your medicine late but yet they'll still keep taking your money on time go someplace else find a different company that will cost you less you're better off than these headaches

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I don’t have insurance. They didn’t help me. They wanted me to take all kinds of tests that I can’t afford. They’re gonna take your money.
