two months and$ 600. later I lost not one lb ! I was on 3mg and 6 mg and there was no change in my weight .I believe it was a placebo and just scammed my money .I would go to a legitimate Dr the next time .don't waste your money online in my opinion..

Taylor Junggren was my nurse practitioner and I genuinely hope every woman will be blessed enough to have her on the other end of their video call. She was amazing, soooo personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful and cared for your best possible outcome with Medvi. 10/10 recommend. Especially if you have concerns or questions. Don't stay silent or suffer through side effects, but allow a Taylor to help guide you through them! So far I love Medvi and have lost quite a bit of weight in a short amount of time.

First we had a bad connection on the virtual appointment which was quickly rectified with a follow up but it was not corrected in their system so had repeated communication that I needed to have an appointment or they could not ship the pills even though they had already charged me and shipped. Started taking and splitting the pill is a ridiculous ask at this price point and the pills feel like wet sponges and stick together too! Second month shows up and a week in realize the pills are starting to feel like sponges and sticking together so take them out and realize that they are short at least a week’s worth of pills. When I reach out I need to take a picture, find the original package (RUFKM!) and I am just done with this clown show! Don’t buy from them!

Morgan put all my concerns to rest and answered all my questions as well as proceeded to help me find a solution to a problem I was having!!
Don't buy with them prices change we called them to cancel then they said they would honor the original price of 199. They changed the price back from 299 back 199
Then went right back to 299 the next month call again cancel and would not refund my money.. so beware
Dosage did not change.
And will not refund.

They lied when they say your money back if you haven't lost any weight. I cancelled after 6 months and asked for the refund because of no weight loss,and side effects. They will give every excuse in the book. But you still won't get your refund.I should have known that this was a scam. Now having all kinds of digestive troubles. Don't go with Medvi the product is not what they scam to be.

If I could rate -100 I would. DO NOT BUY FROM them! They are fraudulent and will charge you after you call within 2 days to let them know you will not pursue purchasing! They are not reputable! I am reporting to Better Business Bureau and they have an F for a reason!!

Thanks for the reply but i still don't have an answer from you about the previous month when I was charged but did not receive the product. Will you send me the product that never came? Or...will you reimburse me the $119
I either need to get what I paid for for that previous month or get reimbursed.

The phone call went well and the provider stated that in the future everything will be phone calls. She apologized for the mix up.
Better? The 5853124226 number should be able to transfer phone calls from customer to provider if the customer calls because the provider did not reach the customer during the appointment window.
