Good experience but cheaper sources available

Used Medvi for six months of Tirzepatide. Except for one minor shipping hiccup, all transactions were smooth. Shipping was prompt. The meds have worked well for me, dropped 45 pounds in six months with limited side effects.

Did not renew subscription and switched to a different provider solely because of cost - new source is half the price of Medvi. No problems cancelling subscription, no hard sell and no billing issues. Just be sure to cancel before the renewal date when your card is charged.

I highly recommend not using this…

I highly recommend not using this company they will tell you one price and your next month they will charge you 200 dollars more and then when you go to cancel it they will still take money out and will not refund your money or send you your shots. So beware they are scammers. So you need to file a complaint with the federal trade commission and you need to report them to your state attorney General's office.

Charged my account without authorization…

Charged my account without authorization when it was paused. I was told explicitly that I would need to call and unpause my account at the time of the pause. When I saw that they had charged my account without my authorization, I called them immediately, within minutes after the charge, and it was still pending, yet there was "nothing they could do." So this company pocketed my $349 and I get nothing for it as I don't take their meds anymore.

Fraudulent

When signing up for a 1 time use to try, they automatically but you into a subscription. When you try to cancel they run you round and round with a script reader in customer service that must know they put you into a subscription and do everything to keep you in. Totally fraudulent company that alread received notice from 3 letter agencies

Greedy and morally bankrupt

This company unapologetically stole money from me!

Approximately two months after I thought I had cancelled my subscription, I discovered two unauthorized charges of $399 each on my account. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I confirmed that Medvi had charged me in both January and February despite my earlier cancellation request.

After contacting the company, Medvi agreed to refund the February charge but declined to refund the January charge, citing their 28-day refund policy.

After more than a dozen emails, the only resolution offered by the company has been to send the product associated with the charge rather than refund the payment. I do not believe this is an appropriate solution, as I canceled my subscription prior to these charges being processed and did not authorize any further billing.

They withdrew money from my account without sending me anything. The very definition of theft.

My advice is to not do business with this company. If you already do, make sure that when you cancel, they understand and even then, get a new card with new numbers just to make sure.
