I was very nervous it's my first time ever injecting myself with anything and the nurse stayed on the phone and gave me step by step instructions that were easy to understand she told me she totally understood everything I was going through and waited on the phone while I did my injection it made me feel so much better that I had somebody giving me step by step instructions as I was taking the first step to my weight loss. She seemed genuinely happy to be helping and told me so.
Prompt video assessment. Improved clarity and ease making the connection.
The care coach was interested in my progress, asking how things were going. She was interested in my well being, making sure I was taking care of the things I mentioned in a previous appointment.
The lady that talked to me made me feel very comfortable and ready to talk to
The medical personnel was wonderful the video visit Went really well better than I expected!
I had a very frustrating experience with Medvi. I was led to believe this was not a subscription, but I was charged every month afterward. When I tried to resolve the issue and request a refund, I was told refunds would not be provided. The lack of clarity around recurring billing and the refusal to refund charges made the experience feel misleading and unfair. Customers should be clearly informed upfront if they are enrolling in a monthly subscription, how much they will be charged, and exactly how cancellation and refunds work. I would not recommend Medvi to anyone who wants transparent billing or responsive customer support. Also they charge you more each month without notice. The medication does not work at all. After further investigation of this company, they have received a warning letter from the FDA. It will not let me put the link in but you can find it if you googl medvi reviews

This is an absolute scam. The provider completely disregardad my most recent experiences and medications, defaulting to the opinions of poorly educated providers from over 25 years ago. Do NOT waste your time or money. I have been appropriately medicated for more than 2 years and the provider didn't even consult my current records. Horrific experience. This is why so many people are addicted to illicit drugs, piss poor healthcare providers. Why in hell is a DO dealing in mental health to begin with?

scam. illegally obtained information from insurance to bill for "medication???" not requested. no contract or agreement made but still sent and still billed $300.
they committed FRAUD by charging bank account. this will be submitted to my state's attorney general to prosecute.

My coach is always courteous, professional and helpful.
The appt with the NP went well, she listened to all my concerns and goals for weight loss and together we decided on a different med to use based on my current labs and weight loss over the past few months. Im happy with how the appt went and the ease of switching over. Very helpful and glad I was listened to.
Do NOT trust the reviews here - this company is only out for your money and nothing else, certainly not your health. Don't believe me? Check out the Better Business Bureau (they are not even accredited probably because they have a F rating) and Consumer Affairs websites, especially with recent ratings in 2026. Why this website has such a high rating is beyond me.
I wish I had done more research on this company before I bought a 3 month subscription for an oral semaglutide for weight loss. I was charged $900 for 3 months, the order processed and I waited for them to arrive. A week later and there still was no tracking number, no meds. I called and had to go through another approval process and two weeks after my credit card had been charged, I finally got my first month's supply.
To begin with, the instructions on how to take the med from MedVi differed from the instructions from the pharmacy who compounded the med. Then the pharmacy only gave me 15 tablets (to halve for the entire first month) instead of the 21 tablets MedVi prescribed (halving the first two weeks and then going to a full pill the last two weeks).
More seriously, within two weeks of having these pills, they began to absorb the local humidity (there was no desiccant packet included in the vial) and change. The pills changed color from a light pink to mottled versions of light and dark pink and white. The surface of the tablets began to erode and they got sticky, sticking to each other, the vial and the cotton they were packed with. Even from day 1, I literally had to pull cotton hairs off each tablet before taking them until I threw the cotton out.
I contacted my primary care doc and showed her pics of the tablets. She advised that I stop taking them because the absorbed moisture could potentially lower the med's efficacy, but more importantly, makes the tablet more susceptible to bacteria, mold or fungi contamination.
Within two weeks of receiving this first batch of meds, I contacted MedVi via phone with follow ups in email telling them what I was seeing, sending photos, requesting a cancellation of my subscription and a refund for the remaining 2.5 months I did not want their meds and would not be receiving their meds. They did cancel my subscription, but THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY KIND OF REFUND despite the fact that I haven't even received the last two months of meds yet! They said it is against their refund policy, but to be reassured that I would still get my monthly supply of meds. The problem is, how do I trust a pharmacy that issues pills that deteriorate like this and potentially compromises my health instead of helps?
This company and the compounding pharmacy they use are scammers, fraudulent, incompetent and have very poor business practices. I do not trust them or their product. Don't make the same mistake I did.
In response to their reply, I should also add that they are always polite and sound very responsible, but it's always the same email to contact with different people responding and ALWAYS with the same response, "We are escalating this", and then absolutely nothing comes of it. Even talking on the phone to a live person pointing things out doesn't change anything. Now five days after submitting pictures of the damaged pills to MedVi, I was told they would "escalate this" to the pharmacy and would have a response from them about whether these pills were safe to take or not. I'm still waiting on that response from their pharmacy. I have also spoken to a live person trying to correct a refill date they entered on my dashboard that was wrong and would delay the next time I could request a refill to after I had already run out. I was told they would change it. Nope. Still the wrong date showing.
This company tells you what you want to hear and does it very nicely, but nothing changes, nothing happens, nothing is resolved.
