The order of my under belt came…

The order of my under belt came promptly. The item was perfect but for the fact that I didn’t check wether the belt was hook or eye… I chose in correctly. I’ll pass it on to a crew mate and order the correct one😳

I have nothing but high praise for med tree, I put the wrong address on my order and it was sent back to them,I emailed and they answered my email straight away, keep me informed, and sent it back to the right address, I will certainly be using this company again.

Mix up with two delivery numbers.

I purchased a rescue knife to use when kayaking and despite selling a number of knives the wrong delivery courier was use who could not deliver a knife (royal mail) so dpd was used unfortunately the original delivery (royal mail) number was used with the dpd end result the parcel was lost, it was sorted with a few emails and my postage was refunded. My knife was received next day delivery when resent.

Excellent service from Medtree. Spot-on communication about my order and dispatch, their website is clear and easy to use, great price plus fair postage cost. My order arrived quickly and i'm very happy, ready for the autumn/winter ahead. First time ordering from them and i'll very happily do so again.
