printed instructions are easily open to misinterpretation, eg emptying the ankle and knee wraps and the amount of ice likely to be needed.

Good product expensive p&p
The delivery was very quick , an unexpected next day .I like the ankle support, it's far better than others I've tried especially elasticated ones.My only gripe is the cost of postage and packaging was far too expensive

Arrived very quickly. I was advised to order 2 wrist supports as I was unsure of size. Kept one and needed to return one. Rang number given, so helpful, given returns number and they booked a date convenient for me, for DHL to pick it up. Superb service.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased the plastic mallet finger splint and followed the measuring instructions carefully. On arrival it was a size larger than expected,bulky and Ill fitting. The postage was more than three times the cost of the splint which is ridiculous for a really small light item.
