Thanks for your feedback - as we confirmed to you, once a refund is processed on our card system these funds are then taken by your bank to be processed back to you, and can take a few working days for these funds to return to your account. Unfortunately we are not able to increase the speed your bank or card provider does this at.
Your conversation with your bank consisted of bank to bank transfers, from the screenshot you shared with us, which is not the same as a card refund, and your bank would have advised you accordingly if you'd discussed this with them.
We also provided the receipt confirmation, and the bank reference number for the request provided to us to trace funds taken by them, and I am glad to see the refund issue has been resolved for you in the time frames we shared with you originally.

Jeff at Medicspot was attentive and responsive to my needs.
Had a few issues due to the additional diligence associated with Mounjaro prescription. Have absolutely no issues with this and Jeff made sure I was aware of his employers requirements and how I could best gather the required info to meet documentary requirements. Jeff was answering me well outside of working hours (wasnt necessary but appreciated all the same). I can recommend medicspot as a provider of Mounjaro and have had a very positive experience of GCP-1 Inhibitors thus far, with zero side effects.
