Surprised by early payment request ……

I was initially surprised by how quickly payment was requested. I felt at the time I’d only given basic information and that I might be dealing with a company more interested in £££’s than prescribing drugs responsibly. However when I did eventually give payment details I was reassured by the extra information requested (medical records/photos) and that it took 4/5 working days to be approved and have my medication dispatched. I also appreciated the quick responses to emails and support given to complete the process.
I look forward to starting the medication and seeing results.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I am getting so frustrated trying to get a respond from someone. On their page they claim to respond within 24 hours. I waited three days still no response. The support service is so awful.

Dispatch 5 stars customer service no stars

Dispatch quick after completing assessment and no probs with meds but the customer service is atrocious.i have emailed help@medicspot 6 times and I either get no reply or I get a reply but no-one does any thing I need a copy of my prescription for travelling abroad.dealt with both Andrea and Catherine,who both promised to sort it out but didn't.I then asked Catherine who I complain to and was ghosted.not good.seriously thinking about moving provider.

In all the madness of the mounjaro…

In all the madness of the mounjaro price increase and subsequent influx of orders, Medicspot have kept me informed, apologised for delays and have dispatched my 10mg pen when no other pharmacy have them.

Zero Comms

Ordered over five days ago. Appreciate that with the price increase orders are taking longer but the level of service here is a joke. They are not accepting phone calls, haven't responded to emails. Absolute zero Comms. The only email is that all doses higher are out of stock yet when I ordered it was in stock so seems these delay tactics are due to this. The money was debited at the time and in stock! Please either dispense or I'll be asking for a charge back as you debited the money! Order Receipt 2643-4036

No response regarding my order

Subject: Urgent: No Response Regarding My Order

Dear Team,

I find it very disappointing that my messages have been read without any response. My next injection is due in two days, and I have repeatedly requested my order tracking details. You assured me the order would arrive today, yet I have received no update.

I have sent several emails with no reply, which I find highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I urgently request a prompt response with my tracking details to avoid any disruption in my treatment.
