I have had to create support tickets a couple of times through their Discord channel. I have received timely answers and resolution to the issues. I can't speak for the payout yet as I haven't reached that point. Hoping all goes just as smoothly with that!!

There have been some real growing pains and delays in receiving credentials, but as mentioned, support has been efficient with resolving the issues.

Overall a good experience so far...

Discord support have handled all my issues extremely well. I recommend this company because although they are growing at a rapid speed, they have handled everything really well and are showing good signs of improvement through their problems.

This prop firm have so many issues from their dashboard system to getting in contact with them and not following through with their rules and regulations. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this prop firm.

Yes, MDP is going thru some growing pains as I write this, but if you use the “discord service ticket “as instructed, you should see great results. This is the experience I have had, as well as more than a half a dozen other members of the group I belong to.

I got a problem connecting with my account . Then I asked support via Discord App… and everything was solved the same day…

Support was very quick to respond and resolve my issue.

I got an account with MDP Funding, just as many others started with them, so there were capacity issues. They immediately upped their server AND service capacities. The reason for this 5-star rating is based on their service. I'd never used the Discord platform before, but after a small learning curve, I started communicating and getting my issues addressed. Before completely solving my account issues, I got two more trading accounts. I will refer all my future trading partners to MDP.

Some hiccups, but they are going through a period of growth. Their support is very responsive. If you have an issue, they will work to resolve it. I will be a repeat customer.

I just had the most expeditious response EVER by PROGRAM (customer support). I was immediately sent credentials for next phase in the process. Thank you sooooo much!!!!!

MDP funding have been swamped by the recent prop challenges subscribers (only till 01.05.2023 ) special offer on a refund by the next payout. But they are amazing with their discord support. So I am happy ! Thanks MDP

The company is new but, understand that a lot of people are flooding in and registering for accounts. This of course causes delay. I had issues with account creation and receiving credentials but, I placed a ticket in Discord and account created and credentials sent. It’s a little frustrating but, I believe they are improving process as they go and grow.

Due to their recent growth my team and I have had our fair share of technical challenges getting onboarded however I have to give their support team an A+ when it comes to resolving every one of our issues in a very timely manner. Their support through their discord group has been easy to use and their support team is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

MDP offers a fair challenge for getting a prop account with minimal rules and only 1 day of trading to pass. With funding up to $600k that is great. They have a good support ticket system if you have challenges they will take care of you. Check them out!

Passed phase one and haven't been supplied with phase 2 credentials!

Instant ban for exposing y'all on discord? Come on, just come up with something to actually defend your reputations. We've lost thousands of dollars, we do not want others to fall into the same trap as we did.

I recently had the opportunity to use the services of a prop firm, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the promising claims made by the company, I found out that they were running a ponzi scheme. I came across this information while browsing their discord channel, where the owner was trying to justify his actions (the owner is doing passing service on his own prop firm). Needless to say, this was a huge red flag for me. As someone who takes financial investments seriously, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Please do your research and be cautious before investing your money in any prop firm.
