I had a question about the status of my account which seemed to be stagnated. I sent a ticket to support and within 3 hours the matter was handled without a hitch. Wonderful support!!!

Fast withdrawals and great support services

So far only good to say about MDP. I have contacted support several times for issues I have had and always a quick and good respons with an attitude of be at good service for me as a client.
I know they have not been around for so long and have growth pain. They have made several updates and put a lot of effort to get a better customer experience. So far all good from my point of view.
Not yet any withdrawals so I will have to update my review as soon as I have ticked of that box as well.

Their customer service on discord and email is terrible. Their system glitched and instead of doing anything about it they ban me from their discord for raising the issue. SCAM PROP FIRM STAY AWAY

I have to say despite the negative comments seen online I have had a good experience so far. Passed Phase 1, then was given credentials for Phase 2. Eventually passed Phase 2 and contacted them on Discord for credentials for Funded account. Received those by email within one hour. Have not had to withdraw yet, so will update when and if necessary.

This company always helps fix whatever issue is going on. Things happen. They always fix it quickly. I sure appreciate that. I also appreciate the ability to trade with them. Super great people. Thanks everyone

MDP Funding's support staff is very responsive, and has solved multiple issues for me amicably, and quickly. The latest one was simple administrative issue, which they fixed quickly.

Can’t give less than 1 star, no money will ever be received by this company. Atrocious service on discord. System made a glitch by closing the account and when account for they used another trade id to use against and breach the account. When discussing they then close the ticket and ban you from replying or speak in general chat on discord. Don’t ever go near this company unless you want money lost

I have submitted a few tickets and they have generally resolved the issues I had within an hour. I am pleased with their customer service!

Finished my 2nd Challenge on a Friday the 12th.. Filled out the proper forms for them to fund the account. No word via email support...I went on Discord today( 17th) and within 25 minutes I got the email with all the funded account credentials...All i can say its excellent customer support on Discord...

MDP Support Team were amazing. Support ticket process was so easy. The response was so quick and my issue resolved within minutes. Whoop whoop :-)

I opened up a support ticket regarding an account issue I had and MDP had it resolved within a few business hours!

MDP support has been really great to work with on getting my issues resolved in a timely manner. They consistently stayed with my ticket until we had a clear resolution even when the solution may not have been an easy one. I'd give them a 9 out of 10 and know once they get their UI dashboard and user docs/FAQ's published I'd give them a 10.

I had been waiting for my funding credentials for about a week, I knew they were super busy, so I was being patient. I sent to open a ticket with MDP Discord and the chat feature popped up. Royal and I engaged and in a matter of 5 minutes I received the funding email! Well done!
