I had an issue where my Phase 1 challenge was passed but I had not received my Phase 2 credentials via email. I went onto MDP Funding's Discord channel and within just a few minutes, I had an email with my Phase 2 trading room credentials. Fast professional support! It doesn't get any better!

This is a relatively new Forex Prop Firm and so the question is, are they trustworthy. If you get on MDP's Discord channel, you'll find all kinds of people who are frustrated with customer service, how long it takes for payouts, etc. While I haven't had my funded account long enough to submit for a payout, I've had nothing but positive experiences with customer service. Every time I've created a support ticket on their Discord channel, my issue has been resolved quickly. Starting with phase 1 and then phase 2 and now with my funded account, I've always had the new credentials relatively quickly. I'm looking forward to a long-standing relationship with MDP.

Support was very swift. Faster than expected

Had an issue with my phase 2 challenge, it was showing I had the right amount of equity to pass the challenge, but the back office wasn't portraying that. So I went to the MDP discord and opened a support ticket, I had a response in less than an hour and everything fixed within a few hours of that correspondence. Can't ask for much more. Thank you

I've contacted support via discord multiple times for account challenge issues as well as requesting information. They were incredible responsive, my ticket was claimed within 2 mins and I had resolution typically within 30 mins. Incredible team, incredible platform!
