2 days it took to test and pay for my device.
Impressive!

I was very reluctant to send my device to this company after seeing certain reviews.
However once they received the device the testing and payment procedure was very prompt!

I'm another one who's used this shower of s... Same results as others. My phone was sent, week later they came back and said it was damaged and got a revised offer. So told them to return the phone 3 days later another "revised offer" this time for £100 which I was looking for so I accepted it. The NEXT day payment seems located in Never-never land I'm still waiting after two weeks. SO MCRecycle (and I know you will be reading this at some point, hopefully sooner then later) I'm giving you till Monday at 5pm on 7th of June 2021 (this Monday) to Pay the full amount of £100 in to my account. If you don't then I have no other option but to report the business to trading standards and to actionfraud.police.uk And before you ask the REF NUMBER is 3195781

So if anyone else is looking to sell a phone then Read the above a few times - and just move on and DON'T USE THEM!

Only paid after they found out I got Trading Standards and the comparison site involved

They offered the best price for my 11 Pro max. Delivered to them on Saturday and Tuesday afternoon money In the account.

Brilliant service with a quick turnaround!

Have had my phone over a month. No payment received and are now ignoring emails and messages and phone calls. Next stop court.

Update - after a third party got involved suddenly the payment appeared in my account. No explanation from mc recycle, would still suggest avoiding

Oh dear. Gave an artificially low price based on fabricated "faults" - and have not paid even though we agreed the price over 2 weeks ago. Very poor company - I certainly won't use them ever again!

Second review I have been emailing and phoning the company every day they have two of my devices which they have now had for 16 days and no payment received. Clearly a scam company avoid at all costs. I've been asked on here for my order details but no replies they only add comments to appear to look legit. Fraudsters and con artists I am disgusted with them and will report them! Do not use you will have your items stolen - which is effectively what they have done to me. I will report to police also. My order numbers are 3198515 and 3195807 so they can't pretend to comment back ask for this and not speak to me again! Absolutely appalled and disappointed my tablets have been stolen

Terrible service had my phone for over a month and still no payment!! No reply to emails and now can’t get any answer on phone. Will be taking this matter further total scam!!

Would be 0 starts if possible. Avoid this company at all costs! As others have stated, you will send your phone to them but they will not pay. As soon as they have your phone they will not answer calls or emails.

I have now reported them to action fraud and hopefully if enough other people will do then charges can be brought against these criminals.

Made a ridiculous counter offer for my iPhone 7 plus having received it so I asked for the phone to be sent back. Required multiple emails and at least 3 phone calls to obtain bank details to make the payment for postage. Now a week later and still no sign of my phone back or even any evidence that it has been posted back to me

These guys are thieves and time wasters and are to be avoided at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I was offered £73 for my P20 Pro, it had a small hairline scratch on the bottom corner of the screen. This was not visible with phone switched on.They
e mailed back that as the phone had a deep crack on the screen the price was now only £50. I reluctantly accepted this. It took 14 days to get my money after that date, despite e mails and phone calls. Do not believe their same day payment promise. IT IS FALSE.

Quick service, paid what they said they would for my phone and money in bank within days, excellent all round service

NEVER again! Disgraceful service. Put my faith in sending them my phone, charger and car charger. They were all in perfect condition. Their offer started at £25, then all of a sudden, it was £5! I felt this was an insult.

I asked for everything back and paid £4.40. They got rid of my S5 box and put it in an A5 box. They kept my charger and car charger. Sent a phone charger that doesn't fit the S5, so now have no chargers for it!

I wish I had gone to my usual place who are professional. M&C are not.

This company is a disgrace. I have now emailed five times and it is nearly a month since they stole my phone, after sending me a revised offer they have not had the decency to contact me again

Genuinely stole from me.

I sent in a phone for trade in and they disagreed with my self certification. They changed my valuation from £40 to nothing. This is their own perogitive and I accept their decision.

On trying to arrange return of the phone to me, they invite you to email for bank details so that you can pay for return postage. Again, it's a bit annoying but that's okay.

What isn't okay is that I have emailed three times to ask for the payment details to have this phone returned and they just ignore them.

They have actually stolen my phone.
