I sent my phone to this company at the start of June, they offered me £10 less due to it still being locked to a network. I accepted the offer and never ever paid me, even after send 2 emails asking when they was going to pay me the money they never replied. I even rang traiding standards and still nothing. Avoid this company like anything there scammers, how they still in business I will never know 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

I used a comparison site and MCRecycle offered the best price for my phone. I entered my details and received the relevant paperwork quickly.
I sent my phone back and received an acknowledgement email the following day.
Then I received a mail saying 'There's a problem...'. The mail went on to say that there were numerous faults with my phone, including deep scratches...
My phone was in perfect working order, still had the original protective seal on the rear and was immaculate. I had photos to show this.
The amount of money offered for the phone then dropped by over 25%. I was given the option to make a phone call, pay a small fee and have my phone returned.
I made the call, and was asked that if the offer increased, would I be interested. Yes, yes I would.
The new offer arrived by email and was still 15% lower than original offer.
I declined.
I was then made another offer which was just 5% lower - so I accepted.
It took a further 3 weeks of emails and phone calls to actually receive the money.
The amount I eventually received was good, I'm disappointed with the effort I had to put in to get it though.

Extremely bad service I got an email saying they accepted the offer on 1st July on order number #3200920 and got a reply saying they will chase payment and still nothing in the bank 12 days later. I’ve tried calling their telephone number and no answer, contacting them on Facebook and still no reply. Seems like a complete and utter scam!!!! Very disappointed as they guarantee same day payment.

UPDATE- Finally got paid today 16th July, so that’s 3 weeks late

I sent my iphone 8 plus in after it was top price on compare and recycle. Found it easy to send off but trying to get money is like getting blood out of a stone despite emails and trying to phone them. They offered less than the price on the internet saying my phone was scratched but when challenged, they said they would review it and offered me the full price which I was pleased with. Despite that I would not use again, would take a bit of a drop in price and go somewhere else.

Quick and effective service.I sold my phone for a very good price and everything was so smooth and got the payment 2 days after item was received and checked. Very happy with this service and definitely will recommend it and if you have any issues just call them and they will solve it

sent my phone to them in A1 condition they said it was not as described and reduced the price I think it is a scam as tiny payment they offered has not even been paid.

Wish I could give no star review. Sent my phone away, received email saying it had passed product testing and payment would be issued shortly. Have sent emails and tried phone number but surprise surprise there's been no reply.

Sent my iPhone XR last Friday 18th June. Received notification that my device had been received and tested and I was offered a reduced price due to alleged “dents”. The device was sent in an immaculate condition but I accepted the reduced price as it wasn’t worth the hassle arguing for the reduction of £20.
This seems to be a tactic used to pay out less from reading previous reviews.
Money was not paid the same day as “guaranteed” and only after I sent two emails and emailed a third party, threatening to report the transaction as a fraud, was the money paid into my account yesterday.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. Go with a better known company to guarantee you actually get the price offered and indeed, paid!

Like others I accepted a reduced payment offer for my i phone 7 but have received no payment after 10 days.
They are not answering the telephone. From my experience I suggest you do not use this company. I shall be contacting Trading Standards and if necessary go to the small claims court to get my money.

Traded in 2 x mobile phones. Accepted reduced prices for both over a month ago, but have yet to be paid despite several e-mails chasing payment. No longer replying to my chasers. Suspect a scam. Recommend you do not use when trading in mobile handsets.

Been awaiting payment since the 21st May for order number #3196060! Tried calling, emailing, social media and no response! Scam suspected! Will be looking into further action!

Offered good recycle price, packaging came within two days. Posted and email confirming price arrived a few days later. At the bottom of the message I was told that I’d be paid promptly. That was two amd a half weeks ago. No answer to emails, no answer when company phoned. I suspect I’ve lost my phone for good but just annoyed that I didn’t read these reviews first.

If I could give no stars, I would. Avoid this company like the plague. On 6 May I received a quote for my iPhone 7. I accepted and sent my phone to them with the packaging they provided. They confirmed receipt on 12 May and gave me an order number: 3195674. Until this point everything seemed legitimate. We’re now over a month on from the quote provided and I have neither received payment for my phone, which was in perfect working order, with no scratches and indeed sent with protective screen in place etc, nor have a I received any reply to my emails. I have reported them to Trading Standards and suggest that all consumers, stay clear of them, at least until Trading Standards have concluded their investigation. Frankly, I suspect that I’ve been scammed, but I’d be pleasantly surprised to find that actually they’re just appallingly bad at communicating with customers and paying promptly, I am not holding my breath though.
Take my advice, save yourself the hassle and accept a slightly lower quote from well know, more reputable companies.

Update - I’ve just received a payment into my PayPal account four hours after posting the above. Still no email reply, or word of explanation or apology for the way in which they’ve conducted themselves, or the hassle I’ve been put to, but at least I’m no longer out of pocket.

Poor communications. They never reply to emails or answer calls. Had to go through comparison company to get a reply and payment.
