Quoted £50 for my J6+ they sent a pack for it. Great. Sent it away. Under the proviso that they would check and then pay. 3 weeks later. Nothing. I sent a message asking what the problem was and they told me it was locked. I did a factory reset on it before I sent it. And it never had a password in the first place. I suggested that they were looking at the wrong phone. Forward another few days I asked for any update not a reply. The following week, I asked for either an update given that there was no password or they could send it back to me. 3 days later it was returned. Lo and behold. No password, just the factory reset had set it for Hungarian. bit of playing with it and I had set it up for English and boom it's ready to go again. Going to find another site instead

Found them on google and has been very good. My old device sold for some good money.

Seems like lots of people are having this problem. Send them the phone, they state damage, you ask for return and then you can't get hold of them.

This company offered a good price then they stated it had damage which it didn’t. I have being trying to get a response from their customer service since April and no reply.

Agreed price on an iPhone. Sent it to them and that was last i heard from them. No phone no money. Phoned and written several times with no response. Swindlers so beware

Phone sent in May 2021 for a trade in, now Aug 2021 and have received no cash or a returned phone. Emailed on many occasions with no response. Very untrustworthy.
