Its UTTERLY pathetic that any CEO does nothing to improve its company’s customer service.
Just shows how incompetent the CEO / owner of this McDavid is his/her self.
Item was ordered and absolutely no update any further after 5 days.
Bought a NRG Knee Wrap in mid September. Initially it was superb. Easy on/off, comfortable, good support, no metal (airport security). After 6 weeks the Velcro stopped working and the tabs started curling up and catching on clothing.
Contacted customer service. Now 11 days later all I’ve had is an automated acknowledgement.
These are too expensive to only last 6 weeks. DO NOT BUY!!!!
Terrible experience with McDavid brand - their Hex knee guard (bought via 'tradeinn.com' shop inserts loosened and separated after first wash - which was done exactly as described on their label; machine wash at 40 degrees C. After I complained with proof images, they've directly said they won't make a refund and they are rejecting my warranty claim. Too bad I can't give zero stars in this review. I do not recommend this brand or any of their products to anyone.
Their braces design is horrible! It leaves little room for where the strap can stick to and they ware out very quickly! The support however is really good while the velcro piece is working which is for about a month or two at most.
